Abstract
Комбинированный канат с сердцевинным канатом из высокопрочных синтетических волокон в виде одного скрученного пучка мононитей или нескольких скрученных пучков мононитей и наружным слоем из стальных проволочных прядей отличается тем, что пучок или пучки мононитей растянут/растянуты с уменьшением диаметра и в этом состоянии удерживается/удерживаются посредством оболочки, в частности, плетеной. Растяжение сердцевинного каната под нагрузкой уменьшается за счет улучшения распределения нагрузки между сечением стали и сечением синтетического материала каната. Чтобы в таком же смысле, наоборот, приблизить характер растяжения прядевого слоя к характеру растяжения сердцевинного каната, канат содержит промежуточный слой из упругого синтетического материала, в который стальные проволочные пряди вдавлены на расстоянии друг от друга таким образом, что наружный слой под нагрузкой растягивается и радиально сжимается.
