Abstract
Filtration device (1) intended to separate a retentate and a filtrate from a flowing medium, characterised in that it consists of a closed casing (3) housing two interacting concentric components of revolution forming a filter (4): - a first cylindrical component forming a rotary member (5), - a second component forming a stationary countermember (6), and means for setting the said rotary member in rotation (7), at least one of the said components consisting of a strainer, the other one of the said components having surface irregularities allowing a field of unclogging pulses to be formed, the said components being separated from one another by a distance of between 0.4 mm and 4 mm and interacting with each other so as to permit the self-cleaning of the said filter (4) by virtue of the said field of unclogging pulses. <IMAGE>
