Die erhaltene Lampe ist eine Dreibanden-Fluoreszenzlampe mit hoher Wirksamkeit und hoher Farbausbeute. Die Farbtemperatur der Lampe beträgt 5000° K, der allgemeine Farbausbeute-Index ist 84 und der anfängliche Lichtfluß 3750 Lumen. Beim Einbau des Stoffes von Vergleichsbeispiel 2 aus Tabelle I (ein mit Terbium aktivierter Lanthan-Cer-Orthophosphat-Phosphor) in
die Lampe als grünes Licht aussendender Phosphor zeigt sich keine Änderung in der Farbtemperatur und im allgemeinen Farbausbeute-Index, der anfängliche Lichtfluß vermindert sich jedoch auf 3200 Lumen. Die spektrale Verteilung der Lampe dieses Beispiels ist in Figur 3 gezeigt.
