更具体地说,本发明涉及一种制备复合材料的方法,该材料特别适合于在鞋业制造中使用,具体地用于软鞋底和/或鞋面和/或趾部的产品,还应用于其它方面如眼镜框或类似产品,镶板,行李箱或皮革制品,或椅子或沙发的组件。
而且,本发明涉及用这种方法制备的材料。
本发明主要在鞋业中应用或应用于天然或合成皮革或兽皮的制造以及应用于家具组件的制造。
鞋业软鞋底通常取自片材或卷材支撑材料,它们一般是由纤维材料或再生皮革组成。
这种材料就是软鞋底支撑,并且一种树脂混合物和一种合适的染料一起在一适当的工业设备中喷涂或喷洒在材料的一面。

根据本发明的基本特征,聚乙烯或Surlyn覆盖层和支撑材料的偶合是与聚乙烯或Surlyn上表面的压纹加工过程同时进行。
本发明的方法是极其适宜的,因为通过压纹加工得到一种偶合产品,其特征是与被模仿的材料有极大程度的相似性,它无毒,并且同时具有非常好的力学性能,例如很高的表面耐磨或耐刮性能。
此外,根据一个实施方案,一层羊绒或网织物放在覆盖层之上。
根据另一个实施方案,受一种合适的纺织品或布支撑的乳胶泡沫可以放在支撑材料和叠加的覆盖层之间。
除此之外,颜料层(物理的或升华的)可以插放在支撑材料和透明的聚乙烯或Surlyn覆盖层之间。

在本说明中需要指出,在支撑材料是一种皮革的情况时,使用聚乙烯表面层给支撑材料提供稳定性,由此防止琢石、凹形物等等的形成。
根据本发明另一个实施方案,在压纹之前,支撑材料可以喷涂象皮革的香味。这样,所得到的材料和真正的皮革就不再能区别出来。
关于行李箱和/或公文包和/或眼镜框等,以及其它天然或合成皮革制品的制造,其它应用都已显示出本发明材料的绝对可靠性。
而且,本发明的材料可有利地应用制备椅子或沙发部件或结构物。
根据本发明一个特殊形式的实施方案,材料本身具有一系列通孔或微通孔,孔通常在根据预定形状进行最终切割之前或与压纹加工同时在片材或卷材上形成。
在这种情况中复合材料在用作软鞋底中显示出特殊的效能,因为可以在软鞋底和鞋底之间放置一种单向透明材料的膜,由此保持脚总是干的。
