Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- (a) 원단 기재층;(b) 상기 원단 기재층 표면에 도포된 미세기공 접착제층; 및(c) 상기 미세기공 접착제층에 코르크 분말을 분산하여 이루어진 코르크층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 원단.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 미세기공 접착제층은 수용성 수지, 거품제, 거품안정제, 계면활성제, 가교제 및 수용성 바인더를 균일하게 혼합하여 수득된 에먹젼액을 공기로 블로잉 가공하여 수득된 수지거품으로 형성된 수지거품을 상기 원단 기재층에 도포하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 원단.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 미세기공 접착제층의 평균 기공의 크기는 10 내지 20 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 원단.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 기능성 원단은 신발의 안창용, 벽지용 또는 바닥재용으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 원단.
- (a) 수용성 수지, 거품제, 거품안정제, 계면활성제, 가교제 및 수용성 바인더를 균일하게 혼합하는 에멀젼액 준비단계;(b) 상기 에멀젼액을 거품발생기에 투입하고 공기를 블로잉하여 수지거품을 발생시키는 수지거품 준비단계;(c) 상기 수득된 수지거품을 거품코팅기에 공급하고 원단 기재의 표면에 거품상태를 유지하도록 코팅하는 수지거품 코팅단계;(d) 상기 코팅된 수지거품 위에 코르크 분말을 분산시키는 코르크 분산단계;(e) 상기 코르크가 분산된 원단을 열처리하여 건조시키는 건조단계; 및(f) 상기 건조된 원단을 압착하는 압착단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 원단 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 건조단계의 열처리는 90 내지 250 ℃의 온도범위에서 단계적으로 승온하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 원단 제조방법.
