Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of leaf fertilizers, and particularly relates to an agricultural and forestry crop leaf surface bacterial liquid and a preparation method thereof.
Background
China is a big agricultural country, and the amount of fertilizer used is the first in the world every year, and can reach more than 1 hundred million tons. The birth of the chemical fertilizer breaks through the traditional agricultural fertilization mode in China, creates a new era of agricultural fertilizer, makes great contribution to agricultural production increase and income increase of farmers for a long time, but causes the soil structure damage, the fertility reduction, the crop quality deterioration and the low utilization rate of the fertilizer along with the large-scale application of the chemical fertilizer, thereby causing the continuous rise of the agricultural production cost and the increasingly obvious damage to the ecological environment.
Foliar fertilizer is a type of fertilizer in which nutrient elements are applied to the surface of the leaves of crops to exert their functions by the absorption of the leaves. Research has shown that nutrients sprayed onto plant surfaces can be absorbed into the plant body through the "gaps" in the plant's leaf stomata and cuticle and thus be transformed and utilized. A plurality of tiny air holes are distributed on the surface of the plant leaf, the tiny air holes can perform the function of gas exchange and facilitate the entering of nutrient substances, and the tiny air holes are the main channels for plants to absorb the leaf fertilizer.
The foliar fertilizer is divided into two existing forms of powder and liquid, and the current popular foliar fertilizer in China is divided into two categories of nutrition and function according to the function. The nutritional foliar fertilizer mainly comprises trace elements, and the functional foliar fertilizer mainly comprises inorganic nutritional elements, plant growth regulators, biological active substances such as amino acids and humic acids, bactericides and the like. The nutritional foliar fertilizer is only used for externally supplementing nutritional elements, the functional foliar fertilizer contains various bioactive substances which have a stimulating effect on plant growth, and is doped with bactericide and pesticide components for preventing diseases and insect pests, so that the crops have the characteristic of stress resistance after long-term use, and the pesticide residues of the crops are harmful to human bodies.
A series of policies advocate ecological organic planting in recent two years in China, and the reduction of the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides is strongly required. And the domestic diet safety of the national people is ensured from the source until the complete stop is achieved. Therefore, research and development of the foliar fertilizer which can start from the cells of crops and improve the immunity and disease resistance of the crops, so that the roots and leaves of the crops can keep good nutrition absorption and growth microenvironment, the use of pesticides is reduced and refused, the green, ecological and safe crop products are ensured, and the foliar fertilizer becomes a necessary task and responsibility.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an ecological, organic and efficient agricultural and forestry crop foliar bacterial liquid and a preparation method thereof. The agricultural and forestry crop foliar bacterial liquid disclosed by the invention can start from a crop cell survival microenvironment, promote the crop immune cells to enhance the immunity and metabolism capability, and better absorb organic green nutrients, so that the capacities of crops in absorbing nutrition, resisting plant diseases and insect pests, rapidly growing and the like are improved. The agricultural and forestry crop foliar bacterial liquid has obvious effects on improving the disease resistance of agricultural and forestry crops, expelling insects and preventing pests, reducing the use amount of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, removing and reducing pesticide and heavy metal residues on the surfaces of fruits and vegetables, improving the quality and the yield of the fruits and vegetables, and the like.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
an agricultural and forestry crop foliar bacterial liquid comprises the following raw materials:
2000-2010 parts of bio-organic fertilizer leaching solution;
0.03-0.13 parts by weight of chitosan oligosaccharide;
0.4-2.5 parts by weight of hydrolyzed feather composite amino acid;
0.5 to 4.0 weight portions of composite probiotics.
Chitosan oligosaccharide, low molecular weight chitosan (chitohexaose) extracted from marine organisms, which is the only slightly alkaline amino substance found in nature, can rapidly enter the surfaces of crop cells after being sprayed on the surfaces of roots, stems and leaves of crops to exert the special effect of the chitosan oligosaccharide, and simultaneously promotes other nutrient substances to be better absorbed and exert the synergistic effect.
Chitosan oligosaccharide as a plant vaccine has many effects: (a) the environmental safety is good. The chitosan oligosaccharide has no toxicity, is easy to decompose and has no residual influence; (b) it has no drug resistance. The chitosan oligosaccharide has unique mechanism by acting on plant cells and activating the acquired anti-Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) reaction of a plant system; (c) promoting the growth of roots, stems, leaves and fruits, improving the quality, increasing the production and income. After the chitosan oligosaccharide is used, the activity index of plant cells is enhanced, the rate and the efficiency of photosynthesis of plants are enhanced, the content of soluble protein is improved, and the plants grow vigorously and are robust. Not only promotes the growth of plants, but also can improve the endurance of crops to some short-term adverse factors such as drought, low temperature, early frost and the like, and can also enhance the resistance of soil-borne diseases including nematodes. For the fruit and vegetable plants, the plant growth vigor is obviously superior to that of a reference substance by being sprayed on the page for 3-5 times in the growth period, so that the fruit picking period is advanced, the fruit setting rate is improved, the single fruit yield is high, and the quality is obviously higher than that of a reference group; (d) and (5) bacteriostasis and antibacterial property. Experiments prove that the chitosan oligosaccharide is applied to leaf surfaces of 24 crops, can be combined with receptors of plant cells, activates the conduction and expression of disease-resistant signals, releases disease-resistant factors, prevents the invasion of external diseases and insect pests on one hand, and inhibits the growth of various plant pathogenic bacteria on the other hand.
