the parking fee deduction information sending unit 605 is configured to send parking fee deduction information to the parking lot management system, so that the parking fee management system determines whether to carry out parking fee deduction on the target license plate number according to the parking fee deduction information after recognizing the target license plate number at the exit of the parking lot.

when the parking lot management system identifies the target license plate number at the exit of the parking lot, judging whether the identification time is in the exemption time period;
if yes, deducting the deduction amount in the process of counting the parking time of the target license plate number to obtain the folded parking time.

determining a parking lot management system and a exemption scheme associated with a storefront according to the parking fee exemption request;
obtaining a deduction amount and a deduction time period according to the deduction scheme;
generating parking fee deduction information according to the target license plate number, the deduction amount and the deduction time period;
and sending parking fee deduction information to a parking lot management system so that the parking fee management system judges whether to carry out parking fee deduction on the target license plate number or not according to the parking fee deduction information when the target license plate number is identified at the exit of the parking lot.
In this embodiment, the functions of the processor 801 correspond to the steps executed by the cloud platform in the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to fig. 2, and are not described herein again.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the program is executed on a computer, the computer executes the method in any one of the possible implementation manners of the first aspect and the first aspect, and any one of the possible implementation manners of the second aspect and the second aspect.

Claims (10)
1. A method of parking fee mitigation, comprising:
the parking lot management system receives parking fee deduction information sent by the cloud platform;
the parking lot management system determines a target license plate number and a deduction amount and a deduction time period corresponding to the target license plate number according to the parking fee deduction information;
when the parking lot management system identifies the target license plate number at a parking lot exit, the parking lot management system judges whether the identification time is within the exemption time period;
if yes, the parking lot management system deducts the deduction amount when counting the parking fee of the target license plate number, and the discounted parking fee is obtained.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the parking lot management system subtracts the exemption amount from the parking fee of the target license plate number to obtain a discounted parking fee, and further comprises:
the parking lot management system judges whether the folded parking fee is less than or equal to 0;
if so, the parking lot management system allows the vehicle corresponding to the target license plate number to pass.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein after the parking lot management system determines whether the folded parking fee is less than or equal to 0, the method further comprises:
if not, the parking lot management system generates a first payment channel and a first payment two-dimensional code for accessing the first payment channel according to the folded parking fee.
4. The method of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the parking lot management system determines whether an identification time is after the exemption period, the method further comprising:
if not, the parking lot management system does not deduct the deduction amount when counting the parking time of the target license plate number, and the full parking fee is obtained.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the parking lot management system does not deduct the deduction amount after counting the parking fee of the target license plate number to obtain a full parking fee, and the method further comprises:
and the parking fee management system generates a second payment channel and a second payment two-dimensional code for accessing the second payment channel according to the full parking fee.
6. A method of parking fee mitigation, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a cloud platform receives a parking fee deduction request sent by a storefront, wherein the parking fee deduction request carries a target license plate number and an identifier of the storefront;
the cloud platform determines a parking lot management system and a exemption scheme associated with the store party according to the parking fee exemption request;
the cloud platform acquires the deduction amount and the deduction time period according to the deduction scheme;
the cloud platform generates parking fee deduction information according to the target license plate number, the deduction amount and the deduction time period;
the cloud platform sends the parking fee deduction information to the parking lot management system, so that the parking fee management system judges whether to carry out parking fee deduction on the target license plate number or not according to the parking fee deduction information when the target license plate number is identified at an exit of the parking lot.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein prior to the cloud platform receiving a parking fee deduction request sent by a storefront, the method further comprises:
the cloud platform receives a query request sent by a shop owner;
the cloud platform determining a exemption plan associated with the store party;
the cloud platform sends the exemption plan to the store party.
8. The method of any of claims 6 or 7, wherein prior to the cloud platform receiving a query request sent by a storefront, the method further comprises:
the method comprises the steps that a cloud platform receives a creation request sent by a market party, wherein the creation request carries information of a deduction scheme, and the deduction scheme is associated with a store party;
and the cloud platform creates the exemption scheme according to the creation request.
9. A parking lot management system, comprising:
the parking fee deduction information receiving unit is used for receiving parking fee deduction information sent by the cloud platform;
the first determination unit is used for determining the exemption amount and the exemption time period of the target license plate number according to the free parking fee notice;
the first judgment unit is used for judging whether the identification time is within the exemption time period or not when the parking lot management system identifies the target license plate number at the exit of the parking lot;
and the first counting unit is used for deducting the deduction amount when the first judging unit determines that the identification time is in the deduction time period, and the discounted parking fee is obtained after the parking fee of the target license plate number is counted.
10. A cloud platform, comprising:
the parking fee deduction request receiving unit is used for receiving a parking fee deduction request sent by a storefront, and the parking fee deduction request carries a target license plate number and an identifier of the storefront;
a second determination unit configured to determine a parking lot management system and a exemption plan associated with the store party according to the parking fee exemption request;

the parking fee deduction information generating unit is used for generating parking fee deduction information according to the target license plate number, the deduction amount and the deduction time period;
and the parking fee deduction information sending unit is used for sending the parking fee deduction information to the parking lot management system so that the parking fee management system judges whether to carry out parking fee deduction on the target license plate number or not according to the parking fee deduction information after recognizing the target license plate number at an exit of the parking lot.
