An obtaining unit 606, configured to, when the selection instruction of the user is yes, obtain, by the user terminal, a membership deduction in the payment platform card package of the user terminal, where the membership deduction is used to exempt a payment amount of a purchasing member, and the membership deduction is a membership deduction which the user terminal draws through the payment platform.

when a vehicle leaves the field, a server receives a parking fee payment request initiated by a user terminal bound with the vehicle through a payment platform;
the server generates a parking fee payment order according to the parking fee payment request, wherein the parking fee payment order comprises a first order and a second order, the first order is an order of parking fee calculated and obtained based on the non-member user information, and the second order is an order of parking fee calculated and obtained based on the member user information;
the server sends an order detail page to the user terminal according to the first order and the second order, the specific amount is visually displayed to the user, the user selects whether to buy the member according to comparison, when the user does not want to buy the member, the non-member payment mode is selected, when the user needs to buy the member, the non-member payment mode is selected, and when the user needs to buy the member, the non-member payment mode is selected, so that the user can directly pay the parking fee only by making a selection instruction;
when the user terminal pays parking fee through the first order or the second order, the server controls a barrier gate to be opened;
when the user terminal pays the parking fee through the second order, the server judges whether the member user information of the second order and the payment amount of the purchasing member are supplemented or not within preset time, if not, the server prompts the user terminal to supplement the member user information and the residual amount corresponding to the parking fee, and if yes, the server marks a member label according to a member system purchased by the user terminal.
2. A method for processing a parking fee payment, comprising:
when the vehicle leaves the parking lot, the user terminal identifies the parking fee payment two-dimensional code in the parking lot;
the user terminal sends a payment request of parking fee to a server;
the user terminal receives a parking fee payment order generated by the server according to the payment request, wherein the parking fee payment order comprises a first order and a second order, the first order is an order of parking fees calculated and obtained based on the non-member user information, and the second order is an order of parking fees calculated and obtained based on the member user information;
the user terminal visually displays an order detail page to a user, the order detail page comprises specific money, the user selects whether to purchase a member according to comparison, when the user does not want to purchase the member, the user only needs to make a selection instruction and select a mode of non-member payment of parking fee, when the user needs to purchase the member, the user only needs to make a selection instruction and select a mode of member payment of parking fee, therefore, the user can directly pay the parking fee only by making a selection instruction;
after the user terminal executes the operation of paying the parking fee corresponding to the first order or the second order according to the selection instruction of the user, the server controls the barrier gate to be opened and released;
when the parking fee is paid through the second order, the server judges whether the member user information of the second order and the payment amount of the purchasing member are filled within a preset time, if not, the user terminal receives prompt information sent by the server, and the prompt information is used for prompting the user terminal to fill the member user information and the residual amount corresponding to the parking fee.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the user terminal performs an operation of paying the parking fee corresponding to the first order or the second order according to a selection instruction of a user, and the operation comprises:
and when the user executes the operation of paying the parking fee corresponding to the second order, the user terminal acquires the membership deduction in the payment platform card packet of the user terminal, wherein the membership deduction is used for deducting and exempting the payment amount of the purchasing member, and the membership deduction is the membership deduction which is received by the user terminal through the payment platform.
