The disclosed embodiment provides a charging management server, as shown in fig. 3, the charging management server 30 includes: a sending module 301, a receiving module 302 and a deducting module 303;
the sending module 301 is configured to send, after obtaining the expense information of the target vehicle, the credit discount link information of the third-party application platform to the user terminal, so that the third-party application platform determines deduction information according to permission authentication information sent by the user terminal and the discount information of the target vehicle, where the expense information includes a license plate number and an accounts receivable fee of the target vehicle, and the permission authentication information is used to instruct the third-party application platform to authorize the third-party application platform to use the corresponding discount information of the user under an account number of the third-party application platform to deduct the accounts receivable fee of the target vehicle;
the receiving module 302 is configured to receive deduction information sent by the third-party application platform, where the deduction information includes a corresponding deduction fee after the membership score is converted and/or a corresponding deduction fee after the coupon is converted;
the deduction module 303 is used for deducting deduction fee from the fee due to payment of the target vehicle to obtain the fee to be paid;
the deduction module 303 is used for deducting the payment to be paid from the payment account number bound with the license plate number of the target vehicle when the payment to be paid is not zero;
a receiving module 302, configured to receive the deduction fee paid by the third party application platform.
In one embodiment, the receiving module 302 is configured to receive a deduction fee paid by the third party application platform when the pending fee is zero.
The charging management server provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can realize that part or all of the parking fees or the toll fees come from the customer points or coupons of the third-party application platform to be paid before the settlement of the electronic self-service payment of the parking fees or the toll fees of the vehicle, so that the cost of the user is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
Based on the vehicle charging management method described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, the following is an embodiment of the apparatus of the present disclosure, which may be used to execute an embodiment of the method of the present disclosure.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a third-party application server, as shown in fig. 4, the third-party application server 40 includes: a receiving module 401, a determining module 402 and a sending module 403;
the receiving module 401 is configured to receive authority authentication information sent by a user terminal, where the authority authentication information is used to instruct a user to authorize a third-party application platform to use preferential information corresponding to the user under an account of the third-party application platform to pay the due-payment fee of a target vehicle, and the preferential information includes member points or coupons;
a determining module 402, configured to determine, based on the authority authentication information, deduction information according to the cost information and the benefit information of the target vehicle, where the deduction information includes a corresponding deduction cost after the membership point is converted and/or a corresponding deduction cost after the coupon is converted;
a sending module 403, configured to send the deduction information to the charging management system.
In one embodiment, the determining module 402 is configured to, when the discount information is a member point, convert the member point corresponding to the license plate number of the target vehicle according to the cost information of the target vehicle and a preset point exchange rule to obtain a deduction cost;
and the determining module 402 is configured to determine, when the coupon information is a coupon, that the discount fee is the deduction fee according to the fee information of the target vehicle and the coupon amount corresponding to the coupon.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the third party application server 40 includes: a deduction module 404;
and the deduction module 404 is configured to deduct the converted points from the point pool corresponding to the license plate number of the target vehicle when the preference information is the member points.
The third-party application server provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can realize that part or all of the parking fee or the toll fee is paid by the customer points or coupons from the third-party application platform before the settlement of the parking fee or the toll fee of the vehicle in the electronic self-service payment, so that the cost of the user is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
The embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a charging management server, where the charging management server includes a receiver, a transmitter, a memory and a processor, where the transmitter and the memory are respectively connected to the processor, the memory stores at least one computer instruction, and the processor is configured to load and execute the at least one computer instruction, so as to implement the vehicle charging management method described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1.
Based on the vehicle charging management method described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a computer-readable storage medium, for example, the non-transitory computer-readable storage medium may be a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like. The storage medium stores computer instructions for executing the vehicle charging management method described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, and details thereof are omitted here.
The embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a third-party application server, where the third-party application server includes a receiver, a transmitter, a memory, and a processor, where the transmitter and the memory are respectively connected to the processor, the memory stores at least one computer instruction, and the processor is configured to load and execute the at least one computer instruction, so as to implement the vehicle charging management method described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2.
Based on the vehicle charging management method described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a computer-readable storage medium, for example, the non-transitory computer-readable storage medium may be a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like. The storage medium stores computer instructions for executing the vehicle charging management method described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, and details thereof are omitted here.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (11)
1. A vehicle charging management method is applied to a charging management system, and comprises the following steps:
after acquiring expense information of a target vehicle, sending credit discount link information of a third-party application platform to a user terminal, so that the third-party application platform determines deduction information according to authority authentication information sent by the user terminal and the discount information of the target vehicle, wherein the expense information comprises a license plate number and due charge of the target vehicle, and the authority authentication information is used for indicating that the third-party application platform is authorized to use the corresponding discount information of the user under an account number of the third-party application platform to deduct the due charge of the target vehicle;
receiving deduction information sent by the third-party application platform, wherein the deduction information comprises corresponding deduction cost after the membership point is converted and/or corresponding deduction cost after the discount coupon is converted;
deducting the deduction fee from the payment due fee of the target vehicle to obtain the fee to be paid;
and when the fee to be paid is not zero, deducting the fee to be paid from a payment account number bound with the license plate number of the target vehicle, and receiving the deduction fee paid by the third-party application platform.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when the fee to be paid is zero, receiving the deduction fee paid by the third-party application platform.
3. A vehicle charging management method is applied to a third-party application platform, and comprises the following steps:
receiving authority authentication information sent by a user terminal, wherein the authority authentication information is used for indicating a user to authorize a third-party application platform to use preferential information corresponding to the user under an account number of the third-party application platform to pay the due payment fee of the target vehicle, and the preferential information comprises member points or coupons;
based on the authority authentication information, determining deduction information according to the cost information of the target vehicle and the discount information, wherein the deduction information comprises corresponding deduction cost after the membership point is converted and/or corresponding deduction cost after the discount coupon is converted;
and sending the deduction information to a charging management system.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the determining deduction information from the cost information of the target vehicle and the offer information comprises:
when the preferential information is the member points, converting the member points corresponding to the license plate number of the target vehicle according to the cost information of the target vehicle and a preset point exchange rule to obtain deduction cost;
and when the discount information is the discount coupon, determining the discount fee according to the fee information of the target vehicle and the discount amount corresponding to the discount coupon.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and when the preferential information is the member points, deducting the converted points from the point pool corresponding to the license plate number of the target vehicle.
6. A charge management server, comprising:
the system comprises a sending module, a user terminal and a permission authentication module, wherein the sending module is used for sending credit discount link information of a third-party application platform to the user terminal after acquiring expense information of a target vehicle, so that the third-party application platform determines deduction information according to permission authentication information sent by the user terminal and the discount information of the target vehicle, the expense information comprises a license plate number and payment due fee of the target vehicle, and the permission authentication information is used for indicating that the third-party application platform is authorized to use the corresponding discount information of a user under an account number of the third-party application platform to pay the payment due fee of the target vehicle;
the receiving module is used for receiving deduction information sent by the third-party application platform, and the deduction information comprises corresponding deduction cost after the membership point is converted and/or corresponding deduction cost after the coupon is converted;
the deduction module is used for deducting the deduction fee from the due fee of the target vehicle to obtain the fee to be paid;
the deduction module is used for deducting the fee to be paid from a payment account number bound with the license plate number of the target vehicle when the fee to be paid is not zero;
the receiving module is used for receiving the deduction fee paid by the third-party application platform.
7. The charging management server according to claim 6,
the receiving module is used for receiving the deduction fee paid by the third-party application platform when the fee to be paid is zero.
8. A third party application server, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving authority authentication information sent by a user terminal, wherein the authority authentication information is used for indicating a user to authorize a third-party application platform to use preferential information corresponding to the user under an account number of the third-party application platform to pay the due fee of the target vehicle, and the preferential information comprises member points or coupons;
the determining module is used for determining deduction information according to the expense information of the target vehicle and the discount information based on the authority authentication information, wherein the deduction information comprises corresponding deduction expense after the membership point is converted and/or corresponding deduction expense after the discount coupon is converted;
and the sending module is used for sending the deduction information to a charging management system.
9. The third party application server of claim 8,
the determining module is used for converting the member points corresponding to the license plate number of the target vehicle according to the cost information of the target vehicle and a preset point exchange rule when the discount information is the member points to obtain deduction cost;
and the determining module is used for determining the discount fee according to the fee information of the target vehicle and the discount amount corresponding to the coupon when the discount information is the coupon.
10. The third party application server of claim 8, wherein the third party application server further comprises: a deduction module;
and the deduction module is used for deducting the converted points from the point pool corresponding to the license plate number of the target vehicle when the preferential information is the membership points.
11. A vehicle toll management cloud platform, comprising: the charging management server, the third-party application server and the user terminal are in communication connection with each other;
after acquiring the cost information of a target vehicle, a charging management server sends the credit discount link information of a third-party application server to a user terminal, wherein the cost information at least comprises the license plate number and the payment due cost of the target vehicle;
the user terminal sends authority authentication information of the user on the credit discount connection information to the third-party application server, wherein the authority authentication information is used for indicating that the third-party application server is authorized to use the corresponding discount information of the user under an account of a third-party application platform to pay the due charge of a target vehicle;
the third-party application server determines deduction information according to the authority authentication information, the due fee of the target vehicle and the discount information, and sends the deduction information to the charging management system, wherein the deduction information comprises corresponding deduction fee after membership score is converted and/or corresponding deduction fee after coupon is converted;
and the charge management server deducts the deduction fee from the chargeable fee of the target vehicle to obtain the fee to be paid, deducts the fee to be paid from the payment account number bound with the license plate number of the target vehicle, and receives the deduction fee paid by the third-party application server.
