The application provides a network conference control method, a network conference control device, a computer readable storage medium and an electronic device; relate to computer technology field, include: receiving user information to be added into the network conference, and outputting the user information in a waiting window of a conference interface; receiving message content corresponding to the user information, and outputting the message content through a chat window of a conference interface; the message content comprises prompt information which corresponds to the user information and is used for representing meeting entrance requirements; detecting operation corresponding to the user information, and if the operation is admission operation, moving the user information from the waiting window to a conference window of the conference interface; and if the operation is a removal operation, removing the user information from the waiting window. Therefore, by the technical scheme, the problem that the participants cannot join the conference in time can be solved to a certain extent, and the access efficiency is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for controlling a web conference, a computer-readable storage medium, and an electronic device.
Background
With the development of science and technology, people can discuss and make decisions about related events through an online conference, and the problem that conference members are in different places is solved. For online conferences, it is generally necessary for the relevant person to create a conference window and send a number corresponding to the conference window to each participant, so that the participant can enter a waiting interface according to the number and can join the conference after the relevant person performs admission operation on the participant. However, this is prone to a problem: the related personnel do not pay attention to the participants waiting for the conference in time in the waiting interface, and then the participants cannot join the conference in time.

receiving message content corresponding to the user information, and outputting the message content through a chat window of a conference interface; the message content comprises prompt information which corresponds to the user information and is used for representing meeting entrance requirements;
detecting operation corresponding to the user information, and if the operation is admission operation, moving the user information from the waiting window to a conference window of the conference interface;
and if the operation is a removal operation, removing the user information from the waiting window.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, before receiving the user information to be joined to the web conference, the method further includes:
outputting a creation interface; the creating interface comprises a title input area, starting time, ending time, the number of the conference persons, a conference joining password and a waiting window setting area which correspond to the network conference;
and creating the conference interface according to the creation operation detected in the creation interface.

the server sends the waiting window information to the changed host client so that the changed host client can display the waiting window information;
and the server triggers the host client before the change to delete the waiting window information and hide the waiting window.
According to a third aspect of the present application, there is provided an electronic device comprising: a processor; and a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor; wherein the processor is configured to perform the method of any one of the above via execution of the executable instructions.
According to a fourth aspect of the present application, there is provided a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any one of the above.
The exemplary embodiments of the present application may have some or all of the following advantages:
in the method for managing and controlling a web conference provided by an example embodiment of the present application, user information to be joined to the web conference may be received, and the user information may be output in a waiting window of a conference interface. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a system architecture of an exemplary application environment to which a method for managing a web conference and a device for managing a web conference according to an embodiment of the present application may be applied.
As shown in fig. 1, the system architecture 100 may include one or more of terminal devices 101, 102, 103, a network 104, and a server 105. The network 104 serves as a medium for providing communication links between the terminal devices 101, 102, 103 and the server 105. Network 104 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few. The terminal devices 101, 102, 103 may be various electronic devices having a display screen, including but not limited to desktop computers, portable computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and the like. It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 1 is merely illustrative.
Specifically, the method for managing and controlling the web conference provided in the embodiment of the present application is generally executed by the terminal device 101, 102, or 103, and accordingly, a management and control device for the web conference is generally disposed in the terminal device 101, 102, or 103. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation. For example, server 105 may be a server cluster comprised of multiple servers, or the like. The server may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing basic cloud computing services such as cloud service, a cloud database, cloud computing, a cloud function, cloud storage, network service, cloud communication, middleware service, domain name service, security service, CDN, big data and artificial intelligence platform. The terminal may be, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a laptop computer, a desktop computer, a smart speaker, a smart watch, and the like. The terminal and the server may be directly or indirectly connected through wired or wireless communication, and the application is not limited herein.
It should be noted that the cloud server described above may provide basic cloud computing services by using cloud technology. Cloud technology refers to a hosting technology for unifying serial resources such as hardware, software, network and the like in a wide area network or a local area network to realize calculation, storage, processing and sharing of data.
In addition, IT should be noted that cloud computing (cloud computing) included in the basic cloud computing service refers to a delivery and use mode of an IT infrastructure, and refers to obtaining required resources in an on-demand and easily-extensible manner through a network; the generalized cloud computing refers to a delivery and use mode of a service, and refers to obtaining a required service in an on-demand and easily-extensible manner through a network. And cloud storage (cloud storage) included in the basic cloud computing service is a new concept extended and developed on the cloud computing concept, and a distributed cloud storage system (hereinafter, referred to as a storage system) refers to a storage system which integrates a large number of storage devices (storage devices are also referred to as storage nodes) of various types in a network through functions of cluster application, a grid technology, a distributed storage file system and the like through application software or application interfaces to cooperatively work, and provides a data storage function and a service access function to the outside. At present, a storage method of a storage system is as follows: logical volumes are created, and when created, each logical volume is allocated physical storage space, which may be the disk composition of a certain storage device or of several storage devices. The process of allocating physical storage space for the logical volume by the storage system specifically includes: physical storage space is divided in advance into stripes according to a group of capacity measures of objects stored in a logical volume (the measures often have a large margin with respect to the capacity of the actual objects to be stored) and Redundant Array of Independent Disks (RAID), and one logical volume can be understood as one stripe, thereby allocating physical storage space to the logical volume.
And a Database (Database) included in the basic cloud computing service can be regarded as an electronic file cabinet, namely a place for storing electronic files, and a user can add, inquire, update, delete and the like to the data in the files. A "database" is a collection of data that is stored together in a manner that can be shared by multiple users, has as little redundancy as possible, and is independent of the application.
And Big data (Big data) included in the basic cloud computing service refers to a data set which cannot be captured, managed and processed by a conventional software tool within a certain time range, and is a massive, high-growth rate and diversified information asset which needs a new processing mode to have stronger decision-making power, insight discovery power and process optimization capability. With the advent of the cloud era, big data has attracted more and more attention, and the big data needs special technology to effectively process a large amount of data within a tolerance elapsed time. The method is suitable for the technology of big data, and comprises a large-scale parallel processing database, data mining, a distributed file system, a distributed database, a cloud computing platform, the Internet and an extensible storage system.
The cloud conference is an efficient, convenient and low-cost conference form based on a cloud computing technology. A user can share voice, data files and videos with teams and clients all over the world quickly and efficiently only by performing simple and easy-to-use operation through an internet interface, and complex technologies such as transmission and processing of data in a conference are assisted by a cloud conference service provider to operate.
At present, domestic cloud conferences mainly focus on Service contents mainly in a Software as a Service (SaaS a Service) mode, including Service forms such as telephones, networks and videos, and cloud computing-based video conferences are called cloud conferences.
In the cloud conference era, data transmission, processing and storage are all processed by computer resources of video conference manufacturers, users do not need to purchase expensive hardware and install complicated software, and efficient teleconferencing can be performed only by opening a browser and logging in a corresponding interface.
The cloud conference system supports multi-server dynamic cluster deployment, provides a plurality of high-performance servers, and greatly improves conference stability, safety and usability. In recent years, video conferences are popular with many users because of greatly improving communication efficiency, continuously reducing communication cost and bringing about upgrading of internal management level, and the video conferences are widely applied to various fields such as governments, armies, transportation, finance, operators, education, enterprises and the like. Undoubtedly, after the video conference uses cloud computing, the cloud computing has stronger attraction in convenience, rapidness and usability, and the arrival of new climax of video conference application is necessarily stimulated.
FIG. 2 illustrates a schematic structural diagram of a computer system suitable for use in implementing the electronic device of an embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that the computer system 200 of the electronic device shown in fig. 2 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the computer system 200 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)201 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)202 or a program loaded from a storage section 208 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 203. In the RAM 203, various programs and data necessary for system operation are also stored. The CPU201, ROM 202, and RAM 203 are connected to each other via a bus 204. An input/output (I/O) interface 205 is also connected to bus 204.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 205: an input portion 206 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 207 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 208 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 209 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 209 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 210 is also connected to the I/O interface 205 as needed. A removable medium 211 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 210 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 208 as necessary.
In particular, according to embodiments of the present application, the processes described below with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present application include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 209 and/or installed from the removable medium 211. The computer program, when executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU)201, performs various functions defined in the methods and apparatus of the present application.
Generally, a network conference is provided with a waiting room, but only a host is allowed to issue a notice to a conference user to be joined in the waiting room, the conference user to be joined in the waiting room cannot send a message to the host, and the host cannot verify the identity of the conference user to be joined in the waiting room. When the host is not in the conference, the host cannot receive the message about the newly added user in the waiting room, so that the admission operation for the newly added user may have hysteresis, and the normal operation of the network conference is easily influenced.
Based on the foregoing problems, the present exemplary embodiment provides a method for managing and controlling a web conference. The method for managing and controlling the web conference may be applied to the server 105, and may also be applied to one or more of the terminal devices 101, 102, and 103, which is not particularly limited in this exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 3, the method for managing and controlling the web conference may include the following steps S310 to S350:
step S310: and receiving user information to be added into the network conference, and outputting the user information in a waiting window of a conference interface.
Step S320: receiving message content corresponding to the user information, and outputting the message content through a chat window of a conference interface; and the message content comprises prompt information which corresponds to the user information and is used for representing the meeting entering requirement.
Step S330: detecting an operation corresponding to the user information; if the operation is an admission operation, go to step S340; if the operation is a remove operation, step S350 is performed.
Step S340: the user information is moved from the waiting window to a meeting window of the meeting interface.
Step S350: the user information is removed from the waiting window.
By implementing the method shown in fig. 1, the message content sent by the participants can be received and displayed in the chat window of the host client, so that the host can be prompted, the host can join the participants in the waiting room into the conference in time, the problem that the participants cannot join the conference in time can be solved to a certain extent, the admission efficiency is improved, and the smooth holding of the network conference is facilitated. In addition, interactivity can be increased by providing a chat window, and participants can communicate with a host conveniently, so that the use experience of a user is improved.
The above steps of the present exemplary embodiment will be described in more detail below.
In step S310, user information to be joined to the web conference is received, and the user information is output in a waiting window of the conference interface.
The user information is used as a unique representation of a user to be added to the network conference; the network conference corresponds to a conference interface, the conference interface comprises a conference window corresponding to the network conference, and the conference window comprises real-time images corresponding to one or more members in the conference; the conference interface includes at least a waiting window, a meeting window, and a chat window.
In addition, optionally, after the user information is output in the waiting window of the conference interface, the method may further include the following steps: and sending a request for carrying out video call on the client of the conference user to be added corresponding to the user information to the server so that the server responds to the request, thus being convenient for the host to carry out identity authentication on the user corresponding to the user information according to the video call and further improving the access efficiency of the user information in the waiting room.
In addition, optionally, before receiving the user information to join the network conference, the method may further include the following steps: and detecting whether a conference joining request sent by a user client of the conference to be joined is received, if so, checking conference joining information corresponding to the conference joining request, and if not, executing the receiving of the user information of the network conference to be joined. Therefore, multiple conference entering modes can be provided for the conference users to be joined, and the use experience of the conference users to be joined is improved.
In this embodiment of the present application, optionally, before receiving the user information to be joined to the web conference, the method further includes: outputting a creation interface; the creating interface comprises a title input area, starting time, ending time, the number of the conference persons, a conference joining password and a waiting window setting area which correspond to the network conference; and creating the meeting interface according to the detected creation interface.
The creating interface is used for providing a plurality of function options, so that a host can complete interface setting through interaction with the function options, and a client or a web interface can create a conference interface according to each function option in the creating interface; creating the interface may further include: the method includes the steps of setting a calendar setting area, a meeting document setting area, a meeting setting area and a live meeting setting area, and the embodiment of the application is not limited. In addition, the creation operation includes a click operation, a control interaction operation, and the like.
In addition, optionally, between the output creation interfaces, the following steps may be further included: and when the client of the user to be joined in the conference detects the conference joining operation, generating a conference joining request and sending the conference joining request to the server. The specific way for detecting the conference joining operation by the to-be-joined conference user client may be as follows: and detecting the conference joining operation triggering the starting of the application program corresponding to the network conference.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 schematically illustrates a user interface diagram for creating an interface in a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the creation interface includes a title (i.e., a conference subject) input area corresponding to the web conference, a start time 2019-07-0809: 00 of the web conference, an end time 2019-07-0810: 00 of the web conference, a calendar setting area, a number of conference persons (25 conferences), a conference password setting area, a conference document setting area, a conference setting area, and a conference live setting area.
The calendar setting area provides a calendar A, a calendar B and a calendar C, so that a host can select a corresponding calendar according to meeting requirements; the setting area corresponding to the number of the conference persons comprises an expansion control part for providing the capacity expansion function of the number of the conference persons, and the capacity expansion number is not limited in the embodiment of the application; the conference password setting area can comprise an option of opening a conference password, and the conference password corresponding to the network conference can be set according to the checking operation so as to ensure the security of the conference content; the meeting document set-up area may include an option to "allow members to upload documents"; the meeting setup area may include options: opening a waiting room, allowing members to join before the host enters the meeting, automatically muting when the members join the meeting, and opening a screen sharing watermark, wherein the option of starting the waiting room is used for opening a waiting window corresponding to the network meeting. Furthermore, the creation interface also comprises a preset control and a cancel control, and the moderator can realize the creation of the conference interface according to the interaction with the preset control.
Referring to FIG. 5, FIG. 5 schematically illustrates a user interface diagram for creating an interface in a web page according to an embodiment of the present application. The setting regions and functions shown in fig. 5 are the same as those in fig. 4, please refer to fig. 4, which is not described herein again.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the conference interface can be created according to the creation configuration corresponding to the creation operation, so that the created conference interface is matched with the creation configuration, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In this embodiment of the present application, optionally, receiving user information to be joined in a web conference includes: receiving user information to be added into the network conference sent by a server;
the mode of sending the user information to be added to the network conference by the server specifically comprises the following steps: when the server detects a conference joining request sent by a client of a user to join a conference, the server detects whether a waiting function corresponding to the network conference is in an open state; if so, the server responds to the conference joining request so that the client of the user to be joined in the conference outputs a waiting interface corresponding to the network conference; the server extracts the user information in the conference joining request, and sends the user information serving as the user information to be joined in the network conference to the host client; and the waiting interface is used for displaying the title corresponding to the network conference.
The waiting interface at least comprises a microphone state setting area, an audio playing state setting area, a beautifying function setting area and a camera state setting area; the microphone state setting area is used for turning on/off a microphone and adjusting the volume of the microphone, the audio playing state setting area is used for adjusting the output port of audio corresponding to the network conference and adjusting the volume corresponding to the audio, and the camera state setting area is used for carrying out camera switching and shooting angle adjustment. Specifically, the user client to join the conference may detect one or more user operations acting on any one of the microphone state setting region, the audio playing state setting region, the beauty function setting region, and the camera state setting region, so as to update corresponding settings (e.g., microphone state setting, audio playing state setting, beauty function setting, camera state setting) according to the detected user operations; when the server feeds back a response result aiming at the access request to the host client, the client of the user to be added in the conference can output a conference interface according to the microphone state setting, the audio playing state setting, the beauty function setting and the camera state setting corresponding to the last updating result. For example, if the user to join the conference user changes the microphone state setting to mute, when the user to join the conference is admitted to the conference, the microphone state setting of the user to join the conference after entering the conference is consistent with the microphone state setting of the user before entering the conference.
In addition, optionally, the conference interface displayed by the client of the conference user to be joined includes a microphone state setting area, an audio playing state setting area, a beauty function setting area and a camera state setting area. Specifically, after the user to join the conference joins the conference, the client of the user to join the conference may detect a user operation acting on any one of the microphone state setting region, the audio playing state setting region, the beauty function setting region, and the camera state setting region in the conference interface, and perform setting update according to the user operation. It can be understood that the user can adjust the microphone state, the audio playing state, the beauty function and the camera state in both the conference interface and the waiting interface.
In addition, the representation form of the waiting function corresponding to the network conference on the client side of the conference user to be joined is a waiting interface, and the representation form of the waiting function corresponding to the network conference on the host client side is a waiting window. The waiting interface may also be used to display a start time and an end time of the web conference, the number of people in the conference, and the like, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
In addition, optionally, if the server detects that the waiting window is not in the open state, the method may further include the following steps: according to the establishment operation detection function, whether the member is allowed to join in before the host is in a meeting or not is triggered and started; if so, responding to the conference joining request to enable the client of the user to be joined in the conference to output a conference window corresponding to the network conference; and if not, responding to the conference joining request to enable the user client to join the conference to output a waiting interface corresponding to the network conference.
Referring to FIG. 6, FIG. 6 schematically illustrates a user interface diagram of a wait interface in an embodiment according to the present application. As shown in FIG. 6, the waiting interface corresponding to the web conference output by the user client to join the conference may include a user account (i.e., 561244361), a chat control, a leave control, a reminder, "please just, etc., the conference host will ask you to join! ", meeting topic: and designing an interview conference. The user to join the conference can chat with other users to join the conference or a host through interaction with the chat control, and can exit from a waiting room corresponding to the network conference through interaction with the leaving control.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the user to join the conference can join the waiting window according to the opening state of the waiting function, so that the problem of information security caused by the fact that the user joins the conference without the consent of the host can be avoided.
In this embodiment of the application, optionally, the method further includes:
receiving a directional message sent by a first conference user client to be joined, and outputting the directional message through a chat window of a conference interface, wherein a receiver corresponding to the directional message is a second conference user client to be joined;
the method for sending the directional message by the first conference user client to be joined specifically comprises the following steps:
and the first conference user client to be joined sends the directional message to the server, so that the server sends the directional message to the second conference user client to be joined and the moderator client after authentication.
Specifically, the directional message is used to specify a receiving party (for example, the second to-be-joined conference user client described above) corresponding to the message sent by the sending party, and optionally, the number of the receiving parties may be one or more. Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the private chat function between the users to join the conference can be realized, the interactivity between the users to join the conference in the waiting room can be improved, and the use experience of the users to join the conference can be improved. In addition, the moderator can also know the chat content between the conference users to be added through the directional message sent by the server as the conference management and control personnel so as to monitor whether the chat content is in compliance, thereby being beneficial to realizing strict management and control on the network conference and the corresponding waiting room.
In this embodiment of the present application, optionally, after receiving user information to be joined to the web conference, the method further includes: and triggering a prompt function for prompting the existence of the new user information to start.
Specifically, after the prompt function for prompting the existence of the new user information is triggered to be started, on one hand, a pop-up control, a prompt tone, a prompt message, an identifier, an image, an animation, and the like for prompting the existence of the new user information may be output, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. Optionally, the pop-up control may include a bubble control, the pop-up control may be output in a pop-up window form, and the pop-up control may include text information for prompting that a new conference user to be added exists in the waiting room of the moderator.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the host can be prompted through the pop-up control, so that the processing timeliness of the host for the user information in the waiting window can be improved, and the use experience of the user to be added into the conference can be improved.
In this embodiment, optionally, outputting the user information in the waiting window of the conference interface includes: updating the number of the user information in the waiting window according to the user information; displaying the user information and the updated user information quantity in a waiting window; the user information comprises a user account and an identifier corresponding to the user account.
Specifically, the user accounts can be identified through character strings, and one user account corresponds to one conference user to be joined; the identifier corresponding to the user account may be an identifying image or a symbol, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
In addition, optionally, the manner of updating the number of the user information in the waiting window according to the user information may specifically be: a first user information amount (e.g., 2) to be added to the network conference and a second user information amount (e.g., 5) in the waiting window are determined, and the sum (e.g., 7) of the first user information amount and the second user information amount is determined as the user information amount in the updated waiting window.
In addition, optionally, the displaying the user information and the updated user information quantity in the waiting window specifically includes: and displaying the user account, the identifier corresponding to the user account and the updated user information quantity in a waiting window. Referring to FIG. 7, FIG. 7 schematically illustrates a user interface diagram of a waiting window in accordance with an embodiment of the present application. In the waiting window shown in fig. 7, "waiting (10)" is used to indicate that the number of pieces of user information to join the network conference in the waiting window is 10, and "in-conference (6)" is used to indicate that the number of pieces of user information that have joined the network conference is 6. In the waiting window, the default packet includes 3 user information quantities, which specifically include: the user account numbers "zhang san", "li si" and "wang wu"; identifiers corresponding to Zhang III, Li IV and Wang Wu respectively; admission control and removal control. Wherein, the user can carry out admission operation on the admission control and remove operation on the removal control.
In addition, optionally, the waiting window may further include an online status corresponding to each piece of user information, where the online status may be identified by an identifier (e.g., a red dot, a green dot, and a gray dot) with a different color, for example, when an online prompt corresponding to the user information is a red dot, it may indicate that the user is in another meeting; when the online prompt corresponding to the user information is a green point, the online prompt can indicate that the user is online and is to join the network conference; when the online prompt corresponding to the user information is a gray point, it may indicate that the user is offline. Therefore, the online state corresponding to each user information is displayed, so that the host can be facilitated to access or remove the user according to the online state. For example, if a user is offline, the host can remove the user, so that the host can avoid performing admission operation on the user under the condition that the online state of the user is unclear, and if the user is offline but is admitted to the conference, the user can occupy the participation denomination to influence other online users who need to join in the network conference to enter the conference. Therefore, the alternative embodiment can be beneficial to improving the management and control efficiency and the management and control effect of the network conference.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the users needing to join the network conference can be accommodated through the set waiting window, and the users can enter the conference when the host performs the admission operation, so that the users who are not to join the conference can be prevented from randomly entering the conference, and the privacy and the safety of the conference content can be guaranteed.
In step S320, receiving a message content corresponding to the user information, and outputting the message content through a chat window of the conference interface; and the message content comprises prompt information which corresponds to the user information and is used for representing the meeting entering requirement.
The prompt information comprises identity authentication information corresponding to the user information and prompt information for prompting the start of the conference, so that a host can conveniently perform identity verification on the user information according to the identity authentication information and can conveniently prompt the host to start the conference as soon as possible after a user to be joined into the conference joins in a waiting room, and the efficiency of holding the conference is improved; specifically, the identity authentication information may include at least one of name, gender, age, identification number, job number, title, position, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. In addition, optionally, the message content may include a text message, a picture message, a voice message, a video message, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In addition, optionally, before receiving the message content corresponding to the user information, the method may further include the following steps: and the client of the conference user to be added determines the corresponding message content according to the detected input operation, encrypts the message content and sends the encrypted message content to the server, so that the server authenticates and secondarily encrypts the message content and feeds the message content back to the host client. The method for encrypting the message content may be as follows: encrypting the message content by means of MD5(data + "& Key ═ MD5Key). toppercase (); or, the message content is encrypted by the AES/ECB/PKCS5Padding method, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The above-mentioned secondary encryption may be MD5(data + "+ MD5Key),. toUpperCase () or AES/ECB/PKCS5Padding, which is not described herein again.
In addition, optionally, if the message content includes a picture message and the picture message includes a face feature, outputting the message content through a chat window of the conference interface may be convenient for the host to perform face authentication on the user to be joined in the conference according to the picture message.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 schematically illustrates a user interface diagram of a wait interface in accordance with another embodiment of the present application. The wait interface shown in fig. 8 is the same as the wait interface shown in fig. 6. FIG. 8 illustrates a waiting interface including a chat window in which a user joining a meeting may enter a message in the input field "Please enter message …" that I are directors and join me to the meeting as soon as possible! "and sent into the chat window to enable the moderator to see the message content in the chat window of the conference interface. As can be seen, in the embodiment of the present application, after a user to join a conference enters a waiting room, a message (e.g., an authentication message, a reminder message) may be sent to a host client, so that the host can join the user to the conference according to the sent message.
In this embodiment of the application, optionally, after the message content is output through the chat window of the conference interface, the method further includes: when the reply operation aiming at the message content is detected, determining the reply content corresponding to the reply operation; and sending the reply content to the server so that the server can feed back the reply content to the client of the conference user to be added after authenticating the reply content.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 schematically illustrates a user interface diagram of a conference interface in an embodiment according to the present application. The conference interface shown in fig. 9 includes video frame 1, video frame 2, video frame 3, video frame 4, chat window, waiting window, user information, and function interaction area; the video frame 1, the video frame 2, the video frame 3, and the video frame 4 are respectively used for presenting real-time images corresponding to different users who have joined the conference.
The chat window is used for providing a function of chatting between the host and the conference user to be joined and a function of chatting between the conference user to be joined and the conference user to be joined. In the chat window, private chat messages and all messages are included; the private chat object can be a host or a conference user to be joined, the private chat message and the whole message can be sent by the conference user to be joined, and the host can reply to the private chat message or the whole message.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the reply content can be authenticated through the server, and when the client of the user to be joined in the conference has the right of receiving the message sent by the host, the reply content is forwarded, so that the control strength of the network conference can be improved, and the safety of message sending is ensured.
Further, sending the reply content to the server, including: encrypting the reply content according to a preset encryption mode and sending the encrypted reply content to a server; the preset encryption mode comprises hash encryption.
After the reply content is sent to the server, the server authenticates the reply content and feeds back the authenticated reply content to the client of the conference user to be joined specifically may be: and the server authenticates the reply content, then secondarily encrypts the reply content and feeds the reply content back to the client of the conference user to be added, so that the client of the conference user to be added authenticates the reply content and displays the reply content in a chat window of the waiting interface after decryption. In addition, the preset encryption mode may further include: AES encryption and MD5 (plaintext & key) signature encryption, embodiments of the present application are not limited.
In addition, optionally, the method may further include the following steps: the to-be-joined conference user client detects message content sent by another to-be-joined conference user client, and forwards the message content to the server, so that the server detects whether the member private chat function is triggered to be started, and if so, forwards the message content to the other to-be-joined conference user client.
In addition, optionally, the method may further include the following steps: when the server receives the message content for forwarding all members, detecting whether a sender (such as a host client or a client of a conference user to be joined) has the authority of sending all messages, if so, sending the message content to the clients of all members, so that chat windows corresponding to all members display the message content and prompt messages; the message prompting mode may be outputting a prompt tone, and the like, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the privacy of the chat can be ensured by encrypting the reply content, and the risk of stealing important information in the reply content is reduced.
In step S330, an operation corresponding to the user information is detected; if the operation is an admission operation, go to step S340; if the operation is a remove operation, step S350 is performed.
Wherein the operation corresponding to the user information comprises an admission operation and a removal operation. In addition, optionally, the operation corresponding to the user information may further include a spectator operation, and the like, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
In step S340, the user information is moved from the waiting window to a conference window of the conference interface.
The conference window may include one or more video pictures, and different video pictures correspond to different joined conference users.
In this embodiment, optionally, moving the user information from the waiting window to a conference window of the conference interface includes: sending an admission request to a server so that the server verifies whether the admission request has admission authority; if yes, receiving a response result for the admission request fed back by the server; and deleting the user information in the waiting window according to the response result and adding the user information in the conference window.
Optionally, if the response result indicates that the conference user to be added corresponding to the user information successfully enters the network conference, deleting the user information in the waiting window according to the response result and adding the user information in the conference window; and if the response result shows that the conference user to be added corresponding to the user information fails to enter the network conference, outputting a prompt message for showing the addition failure and detecting the admission operation aiming at the user information again.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the user to be added to the network conference corresponding to the user information to be added to the network conference can be added to the network conference according to the admission operation, so that the control capability of the network conference can be enhanced.
In step S350, the user information is removed from the waiting window.

In this embodiment of the application, optionally, after removing the user information from the waiting window, the method further includes: when the change operation of the host is detected, sending a change request to the server so that the server responds to the change request;
the mode of the server responding to the change request is specifically as follows: the server acquires waiting window information in a host client before change; the server sends the waiting window information to the changed host client so that the changed host client can display the waiting window information; and the server triggers the host client before the change to delete the waiting window information and hide the waiting window.
The waiting window information may be represented in a list form, and the waiting window information includes all user information in the waiting room.
It can be seen that implementing this alternative embodiment can provide the capability of replacing the moderator to improve the use experience of the web conference.
In this embodiment of the application, optionally, the method further includes: when the permission changing operation is detected, sending a corresponding permission changing request to the server, so that the server updates the chat permission corresponding to the chat window according to the permission changing request and stores the updated chat permission; and receiving a push message sent by the server for representing that the chat authority is changed.
The chat permission is used for limiting chat objects in the chat session, and the permission change request is used for closing/opening the chat permission of one or more to-be-added conference users, wherein the chat permission comprises private chat permission and group sending permission. For example, if the private chat authority of the conference user to be joined is closed, the conference user to be joined cannot perform private chat with other conference users to be joined; and if the group chat authority of the user to join the conference is closed, the user to join the conference cannot participate in the group chat. Further, optionally, after receiving the push message sent by the server to indicate that the chat authority has been changed, the server may send a corresponding prompt message to the user to join the conference whose chat authority has been changed, for example, your private chat function has been turned off, and your group chat function has been turned off.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, a chat permission changing function can be provided, so that a host can partially or completely close the chat permission when monitoring that the illegal content is sent by the conference user to be added, strict control over the conference user to be added in the waiting room is further realized, and the talking environment of the waiting room is maintained.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 schematically shows a timing chart corresponding to a management and control method of a web conference according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 10, includes: step S1010 to step S1050, wherein:
step S1010: a client of a user to be joined in a conference sends a conference joining request to a server;
step S1020: the server detects whether a waiting function corresponding to the network conference is in an open state; if the conference waiting user client is in the starting state, responding to the conference joining request to enable the conference joining user client to output a waiting interface corresponding to the network conference; if the mobile terminal is not in the open state, a prompt message for indicating that the session fails is returned.
Step S1030: and the server extracts the user information in the conference joining request, and sends the user information serving as the user information to be joined in the network conference to the host client.
Step S1040: the moderator client sends an admission request/removal request to the server.
Step S1050: the server responds to the admission request so as to enable the client of the user to be joined in the conference to display a conference interface; or the server responds to the removal request so that the client of the conference user to be joined exits the waiting interface.
It should be noted that steps S1010 to S1050 correspond to the steps and embodiments shown in fig. 3, and for the steps S1010 to S1050, please refer to the steps and embodiments shown in fig. 3, which are not described herein again.
It can be seen that, by implementing the method shown in fig. 10, the message content sent by the participants can be received and displayed in the chat window of the host client, so as to prompt the host, so that the host can join the participants in the waiting room into the conference in time, the problem that the participants cannot join the conference in time can be solved to a certain extent, the admission efficiency is improved, and the smooth holding of the network conference is facilitated. In addition, interactivity can be increased by providing a chat window, and participants can communicate with a host conveniently, so that the use experience of a user is improved.
Further, in this example embodiment, a management and control apparatus for a web conference is also provided. Referring to fig. 11, the management apparatus 1100 of the network conference may include a user information output unit 1101, a message content output unit 1102, an operation detection unit 1103, and a user information processing unit 1104, in which:
a user information output unit 1101, configured to receive user information to be joined to the web conference, and output the user information in a waiting window of a conference interface;
a message content output unit 1102, configured to receive a message content corresponding to the user information, and output the message content through a chat window of the conference interface; the message content comprises prompt information which corresponds to the user information and is used for representing meeting entrance requirements;
an operation detection unit 1103 for detecting an operation corresponding to the user information;
a user information processing unit 1104, configured to, when the operation is an admission operation, move the user information from the waiting window to a conference window of the conference interface;
and the user information processing unit 1104 is also used for removing the user information from the waiting window when the operation is the removing operation.
The prompt information comprises identity authentication information corresponding to the user information and prompt information used for prompting the start of the conference.
It can be seen that, implementing the device shown in fig. 11, the message content that can send through the receiving participant and show it in the chat window of host's customer end to this plays the effect of suggestion to the host, makes the host can in time join the meeting with the participant in the waiting room, can solve the problem that the participant can not in time join the meeting to a certain extent, promotes admission efficiency, and then is favorable to holding smoothly of network conference. In addition, interactivity can be increased by providing a chat window, and participants can communicate with a host conveniently, so that the use experience of a user is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes an interface output unit (not shown) and an interface creation unit (not shown), wherein:
an interface output unit, configured to output a creation interface before the user information output unit 1101 receives user information to be joined to the web conference; the creating interface comprises a title input area, starting time, ending time, the number of the conference persons, a conference joining password and a waiting window setting area which correspond to the network conference;
and the interface creating unit is used for creating the conference interface according to the creating operation detected in the creating interface.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the conference interface can be created according to the creation configuration corresponding to the creation operation, so that the created conference interface is matched with the creation configuration, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes a directional message receiving unit (not shown), wherein:
the directional message receiving unit is used for receiving a directional message sent by a first conference user client to be joined and outputting the directional message through a chat window of a conference interface, and a receiver corresponding to the directional message is a second conference user client to be joined;
the method for sending the directional message by the first conference user client to be joined specifically comprises the following steps:
and the first conference user client to be joined sends the directional message to the server, so that the server sends the directional message to the second conference user client to be joined and the moderator client after authentication.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the private chat function between the users to join the conference can be realized, the interactivity between the users to join the conference in the waiting room can be improved, and the use experience of the users to join the conference can be improved. In addition, the moderator can also know the chat content between the conference users to be added through the directional message sent by the server as the conference management and control personnel so as to monitor whether the chat content is in compliance, thereby being beneficial to realizing strict management and control on the network conference and the corresponding waiting room.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the user information output unit 1101 receives user information to be joined to a network conference, including:
the user information output unit 1101 receives user information to be joined to the web conference, which is sent by the server;
the mode of sending the user information to be added to the network conference by the server specifically comprises the following steps:
when the server detects a conference joining request sent by a client of a user to join a conference, the server detects whether a waiting function corresponding to the network conference is in an open state;
if so, the server responds to the conference joining request so that the client of the user to be joined in the conference outputs a waiting interface corresponding to the network conference;
the server extracts the user information in the conference joining request, and sends the user information serving as the user information to be joined in the network conference to the host client;
the waiting interface is used for displaying a title corresponding to the network conference; the waiting interface comprises a microphone state setting area, an audio playing state setting area, a beautifying function setting area and a camera state setting area.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the user to join the conference can join the waiting window according to the opening state of the waiting function, so that the problem of information security caused by the fact that the user joins the conference without the consent of the host can be avoided.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes a content determining unit (not shown) and a content transmitting unit (not shown), wherein:
a content determining unit, configured to determine reply content corresponding to a reply operation after the message content output unit 1102 outputs the message content through the chat window of the conference interface and when the reply operation for the message content is detected;
and the content sending unit is used for sending the reply content to the server so that the server can feed back the reply content to the client of the conference user to be added after authenticating the reply content.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the reply content can be authenticated through the server, and when the client of the user to be joined in the conference has the right of receiving the message sent by the host, the reply content is forwarded, so that the control strength of the network conference can be improved, and the safety of message sending is ensured.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the content transmitting unit transmits the reply content to the server, including:
the content sending unit encrypts the reply content according to a preset encryption mode and sends the reply content to the server; the preset encryption mode comprises hash encryption.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the privacy of the chat can be ensured by encrypting the reply content, and the risk of stealing important information in the reply content is reduced.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes a request sending unit (not shown) and a message receiving unit (not shown), wherein:
the request sending unit is used for sending a corresponding permission change request to the server when the permission change operation is detected, so that the server updates the chat permission corresponding to the chat window according to the permission change request and stores the updated chat permission;
and the message receiving unit is used for receiving the push message which is sent by the server and used for representing that the chat authority is changed.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, a chat permission changing function can be provided, so that a host can partially or completely close the chat permission when monitoring that the illegal content is sent by the conference user to be added, strict control over the conference user to be added in the waiting room is further realized, and the talking environment of the waiting room is maintained.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes: a control output unit (not shown), wherein:
and the control output unit is used for triggering the starting of a prompt function for prompting the existence of the newly added user information after the user information output unit 1101 receives the user information to be added to the network conference.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the host can be prompted through the pop-up control, so that the processing timeliness of the host for the user information in the waiting window can be improved, and the use experience of the user to be added into the conference can be improved.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the user information output unit 1101 outputs user information in a waiting window of a conference interface, including:
the user information output unit 1101 updates the number of user information in the waiting window according to the user information;
the user information output unit 1101 displays the user information and the updated user information amount in the waiting window;
the user information comprises a user account and an identifier corresponding to the user account.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the users needing to join the network conference can be accommodated through the set waiting window, and the users can enter the conference when the host performs the admission operation, so that the users who are not to join the conference can be prevented from randomly entering the conference, and the privacy and the safety of the conference content can be guaranteed.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the user information processing unit 1104 moves the user information from the waiting window to a meeting window of the meeting interface, including:
the user information processing unit 1104 transmits an admission request to the server so that the server verifies whether the admission request has an admission authority;
if so, the user information processing unit 1104 receives a response result to the admission request fed back by the server;
the user information processing unit 1104 deletes the user information in the waiting window and adds the user information in the conference window according to the response result.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the user to be added to the network conference corresponding to the user information to be added to the network conference can be added to the network conference according to the admission operation, so that the control capability of the network conference can be enhanced.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the request sending unit is further configured to send a change request to the server after the user information processing unit 1104 removes the user information from the waiting window and when a host change operation is detected, so that the server responds to the change request;
the mode of the server responding to the change request is specifically as follows:
the server acquires waiting window information in a host client before change;
the server sends the waiting window information to the changed host client so that the changed host client can display the waiting window information;
and the server triggers the host client before the change to delete the waiting window information and hide the waiting window.
It can be seen that implementing this alternative embodiment can provide the capability of replacing the moderator to improve the use experience of the web conference.
It should be noted that although in the above detailed description several modules or units of the device for action execution are mentioned, such a division is not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more modules or units described above may be embodied in one module or unit, according to embodiments of the application. Conversely, the features and functions of one module or unit described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of modules or units.
As each functional module of the controlling apparatus of the netmeeting in the exemplary embodiment of the present application corresponds to the step of the exemplary embodiment of the controlling method of the netmeeting, for details that are not disclosed in the embodiment of the apparatus of the present application, please refer to the embodiment of the controlling method of the netmeeting in the present application.
As another aspect, the present application also provides a computer-readable medium, which may be contained in the electronic device described in the above embodiments; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by an electronic device, cause the electronic device to implement the method described in the above embodiments.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present application may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present application, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In this application, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present application. Claims (14)
1. A method for managing and controlling a network conference is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving user information to be added into the network conference, and outputting the user information in a waiting window of a conference interface;
receiving message content corresponding to the user information, and outputting the message content through a chat window of the conference interface; the message content comprises prompt information which corresponds to the user information and is used for representing meeting entrance requirements;
detecting an operation corresponding to the user information, and if the operation is an admission operation, moving the user information from the waiting window to a conference window of the conference interface;
and if the operation is a removal operation, removing the user information from the waiting window.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving information of a user to join a web conference comprises:
receiving user information to be added into the network conference sent by a server;
the mode for the server to send the user information to be added to the network conference specifically comprises the following steps:
when a server detects a conference joining request sent by a client of a conference user to be joined, the server detects whether a waiting function corresponding to the network conference is in an open state;
if so, the server responds to the conference joining request, so that the to-be-joined conference user client outputs a waiting interface corresponding to the network conference;
the server extracts the user information in the conference joining request, and the user information is used as the user information to be joined in the network conference and sent to the host client;
and the waiting interface is used for displaying a title corresponding to the network conference.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a directional message sent by a first conference user client to be joined, and outputting the directional message through a chat window of the conference interface, wherein a receiver corresponding to the directional message is a second conference user client to be joined;
the method for sending the directional message by the first conference user client to be joined specifically comprises the following steps:
and the first conference user client to be joined sends the directive message to a server, so that the server sends the directive message to the second conference user client to be joined and a moderator client after authentication.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after outputting the message content through a chat window of the conferencing interface, the method further comprises:
when a reply operation aiming at the message content is detected, determining reply content corresponding to the reply operation;
and sending the reply content to the server so that the server can feed back the reply content to the client of the conference user to be joined after authenticating the reply content.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein sending the reply content to a server comprises:
encrypting the reply content according to a preset encryption mode and sending the encrypted reply content to the server; wherein the preset encryption mode comprises hash encryption.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the permission changing operation is detected, sending a corresponding permission changing request to the server, so that the server updates the chat permission corresponding to the chat window according to the permission changing request and stores the updated chat permission;
and receiving a push message sent by the server for representing that the chat authority is changed.
7. The method of claim 3, wherein the waiting interface comprises a microphone status setting area, an audio playing status setting area, a beauty function setting area, and a camera status setting area.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving information of a user to join a network conference, the method further comprises:
and triggering a prompt function for prompting the existence of the new user information to start.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein outputting the user information in a waiting window of a conference interface comprises:
updating the number of the user information in the waiting window according to the user information;
displaying the user information and the updated user information quantity in the waiting window;
the user information comprises a user account and an identifier corresponding to the user account.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the prompt message includes identity authentication information corresponding to the user information and a reminder message for prompting a user to start a conference.
11. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein after removing the user information from the waiting window, the method further comprises:
when detecting a change operation of a host, sending a change request to the server so that the server responds to the change request;
the manner of the server responding to the change request is specifically as follows:
the server acquires waiting window information in a host client before change;
the server sends the waiting window information to the changed host client side so that the changed host client side can display the waiting window information;
and the server triggers the host client before the change to delete the waiting window information and hide the waiting window.
12. A management and control device for a network conference is characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a user information output unit, a conference interface and a conference interface, wherein the user information output unit is used for receiving user information to be added into the network conference and outputting the user information in a waiting window of the conference interface;
a message content output unit, configured to receive a message content corresponding to the user information, and output the message content through a chat window of the conference interface; the message content comprises prompt information which corresponds to the user information and is used for representing meeting entrance requirements;
an operation detection unit configured to detect an operation corresponding to the user information;
the user information processing unit is used for moving the user information from the waiting window to a conference window of the conference interface when the operation is the access operation;
the user information processing unit is further configured to remove the user information from the waiting window when the operation is a removal operation.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of any one of claims 1-11.
14. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor;
wherein the processor is configured to perform the method of any of claims 1-11 via execution of the executable instructions.
