Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有支撑件的装饰模制部件,该装饰模制部件的第一装饰层和第二装饰层并排布置在面向装饰模制部件的可见侧的前侧上,第一装饰层作为连续层被施加到支撑件上并且第二装饰层被施加到第一装饰层上。
背景技术
这种装饰模制部件从DE 102012016147A1中已知。
在这个意义上,衬垫部件可以是例如仪表板中的插入件、用于中央控制台的盖、以及例如侧门内侧的烟灰缸的盖、装饰模制部件或翻板。
一种用于生产上述类型的装饰模制部件的方法从JP 30-30922A中已知。通过该现有技术,后加强层通过用基本上任何塑料材料围绕饰面板层(veneer layer)的背侧注射模制而形成。相应地,在可见侧上通过包覆模制(overmolding)形成透明盖。透明盖也可以着色。通常,装饰模制部件通过在转位工具(indexing tool)上的双组分注射模制来生产。在一个工作站中,加强层被注射到饰面板层的背侧上,而与此同时,作为双组分注射模具中的最后的工作步骤,饰面板层的可见侧上的透明盖被注射而成。
除了上述现有技术之外,申请人还将DE 4301444C2、DE 4124297A1和DE4122412A1参考为相关现有技术。
机动车辆中的衬垫部件必须满足非常高的美观要求。装饰模制部件必须匹配车辆的高技术特征和美观特征。目的还在于以特殊方式美观地设计可见侧。
例如,从WO 2004/00524中已知一种方法,其中,第一装饰层由施加有印刷图案的金属箔片形成。通过围绕箔片的背侧注射模制,箔片被施加到模具空腔表面,印刷薄膜先前已经被插入到该模具空腔表面中。通过形成支撑件的塑料材料的注射压力,薄膜抵靠该表面而施加,并因此环绕第二装饰层的印刷表面元件。
在从DE 102012016147已知的现有技术情况下,在较软的材料的连续层上布置有较硬的材料,该较软的材料可以由饰面板层形成。该较硬的层由金属形成。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是形成一种美观吸引人的装饰模制部件。
为了解决这个问题,本发明提出了一种装饰模制部件,其具有支撑件,该装饰模制部件的第一装饰层和第二装饰层并排地布置在面向装饰模制部件的可见侧的前侧上,第一装饰层作为连续层被施加至支撑件,并且第二装饰层被施加至第一装饰层,其中,第二装饰层由木质饰面板制成,第一装饰层由金属箔片制成,金属箔片比木质饰面板硬,并且,第二装饰层被压入第一装饰层中。
在进一步的实施方式中提供了优选的发展方案。
根据本发明的装饰模制部件的第一层作为连续层被施加到支撑件上。第一层由比第二层硬的材料制成。根据本发明,第一层由金属箔片制成。第二装饰层由木质饰面板制成。出乎意料地,已经证明的是,通过在支撑件的形成期间施加注射压力,通过将其周向地封起来,较硬的材料层可以使较软的层变形,从而产生一种装饰模制部件,其中,第二装饰层的表面元件被第一装饰层的表面元件周向地环绕,并且两种表面元件都基本处于装饰模制部件的可见侧上的同一高度处。
因此,本发明提供了美观吸引人的装饰部件。
本发明的优选构造提供了特别吸引人的视觉图像,其中,装饰模制部件的可见表面由第一装饰层和第二装饰层的表面部分形成。优选地,模制装饰部件的可见表面仅由第一装饰层和第二装饰层的元件形成。这些暴露在装饰模制部件的可见表面上。换句话说,第一装饰层和第二装饰层的表面部分未被可见涂层覆盖。因此,装饰模制部件的表面显得特别美观和自然。木质饰面板直接形成装饰模制部件的表面。
根据本发明的优选的进一步的发展方案,第一装饰层具有可见表面的45%和55%之间的表面部分。剩余的可见表面由第二装饰层形成。通过该构造,木质饰面板的表面部分和金属箔片的表面部分大约具有相同的尺寸。
在替代构造中,第一装饰层具有可见表面的15%和35%之间的表面部分。剩余的可见表面由第二装饰层形成。
在另一替代构造中,其中,装饰模制部件可以以船舶甲板的方式构造有带中间间隔条的细长的平行木段条,饰面板的表面部分超过97%,优选地约为99%,并且铝条占据了表面的其余部分。铝条形成为长方形并且基本上彼此平行地延伸。这同样适用于饰面板条。铝条还可以被构造成遵循装饰模制部件的外部轮廓。然而,在这种情况下,同样,所有铝条都优选地基本彼此平行地延伸。

图1示出了第一装饰层1的截面图,其目前被形成为具有在0.05mm和0.3mm之间、优选地在0.09mm和0.11mm之间、特别是0.1mm的厚度的金属箔片。第一装饰层通过切割并校准到所述厚度来形成,如果必要的话就进行测量或设置有支撑孔,以便将第一装饰层1定位和保持在注射模具的销上。可以通过施加压力和温度来将第一装饰层1转化成三维预成型件,例如以在装饰层1的外部区域中的周向边缘和/或可见侧上产生轻微的轮廓。第一装饰层1也可以喷涂有染色剂或进行喷丸处理/表面处理。
木质饰面板的第二装饰层2被布置在该第一装饰层1的顶部上。第二装饰层具有在0.1mm和0.5mm之间、优选地在0.22mm和0.28mm之间、特别是0.25mm的厚度。目前,第二装饰层2具有若干个单独的岛状装饰元件2a至2c,它们各自独立地设置且不彼此连接。这些独立的装饰元件2a至2c各自在面向第一装饰层1的背侧上设置有层压部,装饰元件2a至2c经由该层压部结合至第一装饰层1。以这种方式,制备了图1中所示的中间产物,其被放置在注射模具的半模中并定位在那里。第一装饰层1的可见侧3a或第二装饰层2的可见侧3b邻接注射模具的限制空腔的表面,而仅由第一装饰层1形成的背侧4暴露于该模具空腔。现在将塑料组分注射到模具空腔中,其在第一装饰层1的背侧4上形成加强层5。通过围绕加强层5的背侧注射模制,其被连接到第一装饰层的背侧4。
图1中所示的中间产物由于塑料组分的固化期间的保持压力和有效注射压力而被压缩。如图2所示,第二装饰层2的装饰元件2a至2c压入到第一装饰层1中。在所示的实施例中,第二装饰层2的装饰元件2a至2c与第一装饰层1的可见表面3在一个水平高度上。通过将第二装饰层2压入到第一装饰层1中,第一装饰层周向地形成在第二装饰层的表面元件周围。第一装饰层和第二装饰层1暴露在图2所示的产品的可见表面上。因此,形成第二装饰层2的木质饰面板元件的表面也被设置为暴露在装饰模制部件的表面上。
加强层5的形式的后注射模制可以形成或具有用于将装饰模制部件紧固到机动车辆的底盘的功能元件。
然后,图2中示出的进一步的中间产物通常在转位工具中进行转换以便在可见侧3a、3b上施加涂层,目前,这通过用诸如PMMA的透明热塑性塑料来对可见侧3a、3b进行包覆模制来实现。该包覆模制可以导致对由第一装饰层1和第二装饰层2形成的装饰的进一步压缩,特别地,如果第一装饰层1比第二装饰层2软得多更是如此。

1.一种装饰模制部件,其具有支撑件(5),所述装饰模制部件的第一装饰层(1)和第二装饰层(2)并排地布置在面向所述装饰模制部件的可见侧的前侧上,所述第一装饰层(1)作为连续层被施加至所述支撑件(5),并且所述第二装饰层(2)被施加至所述第一装饰层(1),其特征在于,所述第二装饰层(2)由木质饰面板制成,所述第一装饰层(1)由金属箔片制成,所述金属箔片比所述木质饰面板硬,并且,所述第二装饰层(2)被压入所述第一装饰层(1)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装饰模制部件,其特征在于,所述装饰模制部件的可见表面由所述第一装饰层(1)和所述第二装饰层(2)的表面部分形成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装饰模制部件,其特征在于,所述第一装饰层(1)具有所述可见表面的45%和55%之间的表面部分,并且剩余的可见表面由所述第二装饰层(2)形成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装饰模制部件,其特征在于,木质饰面板的表面部分和金属箔片的表面部分具有相同的尺寸。
