wherein, the Montanov68 comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 80% of cetostearyl alcohol and 20% of cetostearyl glucoside.

s1: heating the water phase to 80-85deg.C for dissolving, maintaining the temperature for 20min, and filtering, wherein the water phase is: glycerol, dipropylene glycol, carbomers, and triethanolamine;
s2: heating the oil phase at 80 ℃ for 180-300s, and filtering, wherein the oil phase is: ethylhexyl isopalmitate, shea butter, dimethicone, C12-15 alcohol benzoate, cetostearyl alcohol, A165 emulsifier, montanov68 and DELTA MB;
s3: adding the solutions obtained in the step S1 and the step S2 into a homogenizing emulsifying machine, preserving heat and stirring for 10min;
s4: continuously stirring by a homogenizing emulsifying machine, and simultaneously adding cooling water for cooling;
s5: when the temperature is reduced to 60-70 ℃, the homogenizing emulsifying machine is vacuumized and defoamed for 3 times;
s6: when the temperature drops below 60 ℃, phase C will be entered, wherein phase C is: nicotinamide, undecylenoyl phenylalanine, alpha-arbutin, magnolia sieboldii extract and 4-butylisophthalol;
s7: when the temperature is reduced to below 45 ℃, adding preservative and essence;
s8: stirring for 5-10min by using a homogenizing emulsifying machine;
s9: discharging when the temperature is reduced to 38-45 ℃;
s10: standing for 24 hours to obtain the whitening and freckle removing cream.

s2: heating the oil phase at 80 ℃ for 180-300s, and filtering, wherein the oil phase is: ethylhexyl isopalmitate, shea butter, dimethicone, C12-15 alcohol benzoate, cetostearyl alcohol, A165 emulsifier, montanov68 and DELTA MB;
s3: adding the solutions obtained in the step S1 and the step S2 into a homogenizing emulsifying machine, preserving heat and stirring for 10min;
s4: continuously stirring by a homogenizing emulsifying machine, and simultaneously adding cooling water for cooling;
s5: when the temperature is reduced to 60-70 ℃, the homogenizing emulsifying machine is vacuumized and defoamed for 3 times;
