美白是一个经久不衰、永远流行的话题。明亮均匀的肤色已成为人们关注的焦点,越来越多的人群渴望拥有健康白皙的肌肤。而环境污染的增加和紫外线的负重,越来越多的色沉、色斑成为了大家的困扰。因此市场上出现各类美白祛斑的护肤产品,如:美白祛斑霜等。其中4-丁基间苯二酚是美白祛斑产品中常见的一种成分,但4-丁基间苯二酚存在难以乳化,以及肤感不好,使用体验感差的问题,从而容易导致美白祛斑霜等护肤品,不易被皮肤吸收,美白祛斑效果无法充分发挥,效果差;且产品的外观和肤感较差。

本发明的目的在于提供一种美白祛斑霜及制备方法,其具有吸收性好、美白祛斑效果好、外观细腻、肤感好的优点。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
提供一种美白祛斑霜,按质量份计,所述美白祛斑霜的组分包括:异棕榈酸乙基己酯4-6份、牛油果树果脂0.5-1份、聚二甲基硅油1-5份、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯1-5份、鲸蜡硬脂醇2-4份、乳化剂2.5-8份、甘油4-6份、双丙甘醇4-6份、卡波姆0.1-0.3份、三乙醇胺0.1-0.3份、烟酰胺1-3份、十一碳烯酰基苯丙氨酸0.1-0.5份、α-熊果苷0.5-1份、天女木兰提取物0.1-0.5份、4-丁基间苯二醇0.1-1份、防腐剂0.4-0.6份和香精0.05-0.15份;
其中乳化剂由A165乳化剂、Montanov 68和DELTA MB三种组成。

S2:将油相在80℃的温度下加热180-300s,再过滤,其中油相为:异棕榈酸乙基己酯、牛油果树果脂、聚二甲基硅油、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、A165乳化剂、Montanov68和DELTA MB;
S3:将步骤S1和步骤S2得到的溶液加入到均质乳化机中,保温并搅拌10min;
S4:均质乳化机持续搅拌,同时加入冷却水进行冷却;
S5:当温度下降到60-70℃时,均质乳化机抽真空消泡3次;
S6:当温度下降到60℃以下时,将入C相,其中C相为:烟酰胺、十一碳烯酰基苯丙氨酸、α-熊果苷、天女木兰提取物和4-丁基间苯二醇;
S7:当温度下降到45℃以下时,加入防腐剂和香精;
S8:均质乳化机继续搅拌5-10min;

肤感测试
选40位女性消费者作为测评员,对产品的外观及肤感进行使用测评,测评评分分为:优良、中、差四个等级,对象为:实施例3制备得到的美白祛斑霜、对比例1-3制备得到的美白祛斑霜、对比例4的产品A和对比例5的产品B,测试结果如表1所示:

1.一种美白祛斑霜,其特征在于,按质量份计,所述美白祛斑霜的组分包括:异棕榈酸乙基己酯4-6份、牛油果树果脂0.5-1份、聚二甲基硅油1-5份、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯1-5份、鲸蜡硬脂醇2-4份、A165乳化剂0.5-2份、Montanov68 1-3份、DELTA MB 1-3份、甘油4-6份、双丙甘醇4-6份、卡波姆0.1-0.3份、三乙醇胺0.1-0.3份、烟酰胺1-3份、十一碳烯酰基苯丙氨酸0.1-0.5份、α-熊果苷0.5-1份、天女木兰提取物0.1-0.5份、4-丁基间苯二醇0.1-1份、防腐剂0.4-0.6份和香精0.05-0.15份;
其中,所述Montanov 68以重量百分含量计包含以下组分:鲸蜡硬脂醇80%和鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷20%。
2.一种权利要求1所述美白祛斑霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将水相加热到80-85℃溶解,并保温消毒20min,再过滤,其中水相为:甘油、双丙甘醇、卡波姆和三乙醇胺;
S2:将油相在80℃的温度下加热180-300s,再过滤,其中油相为:异棕榈酸乙基己酯、牛油果树果脂、聚二甲基硅油、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、A165乳化剂、Montanov 68和DELTA MB;
S3:将步骤S1和步骤S2得到的溶液加入到均质乳化机中,保温并搅拌10min;
S4:均质乳化机持续搅拌,同时加入冷却水进行冷却;
S5:当温度下降到60-70℃时,均质乳化机抽真空消泡3次;
S6:当温度下降到60℃以下时,将入C相,其中C相为:烟酰胺、十一碳烯酰基苯丙氨酸、α-熊果苷、天女木兰提取物和4-丁基间苯二醇;
S7:当温度下降到45℃以下时,加入防腐剂和香精;
S8:均质乳化机继续搅拌5-10min;
