Abstract
The invention provides a mixed reconstituted tobacco and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) forming tobacco raw material components and wood pulp into tobacco solid matters, and forming the tobacco solid matters into a tobacco sheet base; 2) coating a tobacco sheet base with the coating liquid, and baking to obtain a mixed type reconstituted tobacco; the tobacco raw material components comprise stem fibers and tobacco leaf fragment powder formed by defibering tobacco stems; the coating liquid comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.05-1.0% of food gum, 2.0-5.0% of calcium carbonate powder, 0-2.0% of flavoring agent, 0-5.0% of humectant, and the dispersing agent of the coating liquid is a concentrated solution of tobacco extract. According to the application, calcium carbonate powder is added into the coating liquid, so that the adhesion force of the surface of the reconstituted tobacco is reduced; by adding the food gum into the coating liquid, the filler and the fine fiber on the surface of the tobacco sheet base and the calcium carbonate powder in the coating liquid are adsorbed, the adhesive force is improved, the powder falling rate of the surface of the reconstituted tobacco is reduced, and the ash content and the product yield are improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of reconstituted tobacco, in particular to mixed reconstituted tobacco and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Compared with the traditional flue-cured tobacco type cigarette, the blended type cigarette has great advantages in the aspects of raw material selection and use, internal smoking taste, safety, economy and the like, has become the most popular cigarette type internationally, and the domestic cigarette sales is in a decline situation year by year in recent years. Therefore, from the perspective of developing the global consumer market and from the perspective of smoking and health, the design level of the blended cigarettes in China is improved as soon as possible, the blended cigarettes in China are developed, the international competitiveness of the blended cigarettes in China is continuously improved, and the blended cigarettes in China become an important task facing the tobacco industry.
The reconstituted tobacco has the characteristics of small density, high porosity, good combustibility and large filling capacity, and is a powerful means for reducing tar and harm of cigarettes; and secondly, the reconstituted tobacco has the characteristic of adjustable and controllable components, has more stable internal quality than natural tobacco, and can make up the quality defect of the tobacco caused by the inedibility of natural conditions in the planting process by an industrial technical means. Therefore, reconstituted tobacco has become an indispensable and important component of cigarette formulations.
The cigarette market in China has been dominated by the flue-cured tobacco type for a long time, and the strength of various tobacco enterprises on development and technical research of mixed type reconstituted tobacco products is relatively deficient. At present, research mainly focuses on developing reconstituted tobacco with a certain single style characteristic, such as patents of manufacturing process of reconstituted tobacco with burley tobacco characteristics, preparation method of mixed reconstituted tobacco with partial burley tobacco style, production method of reconstituted tobacco with aromatic tobacco type paper-making method and the like, even if the preparation technology of mixed reconstituted tobacco is patents of manufacturing method of mixed paper-making tobacco sheets, preparation and application of mixed paper-making reconstituted tobacco and the like, the feeding formula or the processing method mainly aims at increasing fragrance and supplementing fragrance, the compatibility of the integral fragrance style or leaf group formula of mixed cigarette products is not considered, the harmony and the internal smoking taste of various types of tobacco raw materials of mixed type reconstituted tobacco with the fragrance are balanced in a targeted manner, and the existing research does not generate environmental pollution such as dust caused by hair falling and powder falling in the processes of reconstituted tobacco production and shredding, and the problem that the adhesion is easy to occur between the reconstituted tobacco leaves and the reconstituted tobacco sheets and cake blocks are formed due to the sticky surface of the reconstituted tobacco is solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a mixed type reconstituted tobacco and a preparation method thereof, which are used for solving the problems that the mixed type cigarette of the mixed type reconstituted tobacco in the prior art has no obvious aroma style, poor sensory taste, dust pollution caused by the phenomenon of hair and powder falling in the production and shredding process, low tobacco sheet base strength of the reconstituted tobacco and easy cake formation caused by surface stickiness.
To achieve the above objects and other related objects, the present invention includes the following technical solutions.
A preparation method of mixed reconstituted tobacco comprises the following steps:
1) forming tobacco solid matters by using tobacco raw material components and wood pulp, and forming the tobacco solid matters into a tobacco sheet base through pulping and papermaking;
2) coating the tobacco sheet base with a coating liquid, and baking to obtain the mixed reconstituted tobacco;
the tobacco raw material components comprise stem fibers and tobacco leaf fragment powder formed by defibering tobacco stems;
based on the total weight of the coating liquid, the coating liquid comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.05-1.0 wt% of food gum, 2.0-5.0 wt% of calcium carbonate powder, 0-2.0 wt% of flavoring agent and 0-5.0 wt% of humectant, wherein the dispersing agent of the coating liquid is a concentrated solution of a tobacco extract.
According to the technical scheme, wood pulp is added into the tobacco raw material components and is pulped together with the tobacco solid, so that the tobacco solid is prevented from being excessively pulped, long fibers are prevented from being broken, the fibers are ensured to have certain length, and the strength of the sheet base is enhanced; compared with the prior art in which the tobacco solid and wood pulp are respectively pulped, the process reduces the production energy consumption while reducing the equipment investment of a pulping mill, and is more environment-friendly; by adding the calcium carbonate powder into the coating liquid, the adhesion force of the surface of the reconstituted tobacco is effectively reduced, the problem that the reconstituted tobacco is easy to bond to form cakes in the processes of boxing, packaging and long-term storage is solved, and the processability of a subsequent tobacco making link is improved; by adding the food gum into the coating liquid, the filler and the fine fibers on the surface of the tobacco sheet base and the calcium carbonate powder added into the coating liquid can be effectively adsorbed, the adhesive force is improved, the powder falling rate of the surface of the reconstituted tobacco is reduced, the ash content and the product yield are improved, and the dust problem in the subsequent slicing and shredding treatment process can be obviously improved. The problem of dust pollution caused by hair and powder falling can not be effectively improved due to too low addition amount of the food gum, and the irritation of the mixed reconstituted tobacco is increased and the sensory quality is poor due to too high addition amount; the addition of the flavoring agent can make up the loss of tobacco flavor components in the concentration process, is beneficial to harmoniously balancing the flavors among different types of tobacco raw materials, highlights the flavor style characteristics of the blended type cigarette and improves the flavor quality of the blended type reconstituted tobacco; the addition of the humectant can increase the moisture retention of the mixed reconstituted tobacco and improve the softness, and meanwhile, the atomization effect of the humectant can improve the smoke concentration.
Preferably, the tobacco extract concentrate comprises at least a tobacco raw material component extract; the tobacco extract concentrated solution is obtained by extracting and concentrating the tobacco raw material components by a solvent. More preferably, the solvent used for extraction is water; more preferably, the temperature is controlled to be 60-80 ℃ during pre-extraction; the water adding amount is 1-3 times of the total absolute dry weight of the tobacco raw material components, and the pre-extraction time is 10-40 min.
Preferably, the density of the tobacco extract concentrate is 1.175-1.195g/cm3
Preferably, the particle size of the calcium carbonate powder is 10-25 μm, such as 10-15 μm, 15-20 μm, and 20-25 μm.
Preferably, the food gum is selected from one or more of gelatin, xanthan gum, gellan gum, carrageenan and alginate.
Preferably, the humectant is selected from one or more of glycerol, propylene glycol, sorbitol and xylitol.
Preferably, the addition amount of the humectant is 1.0-5.0% of the total weight of the coating liquid; such as 1.0-2.0%, 2.0-3.0%, 3.0-4.0%, 4.0-5.0%. The softness and smoke concentration improvement effect of the mixed reconstituted tobacco is not obvious due to the excessively low addition of the humectant, and the tobacco concentrated solution is excessively diluted due to the excessively high addition, so that the proportion of the tobacco concentrated solution coated on the base sheet is remarkably reduced, and the sensory quality of the mixed reconstituted tobacco is influenced.
Preferably, the flavoring agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of cocoa extract, 5-10 parts of burley tobacco extract, 4-8 parts of oriental tobacco extract, 1-3 parts of apricot extract, 3-6 parts of apple juice, 3-5 parts of licorice powder, 4-8 parts of plum extract, 25-50 parts of water and 8-10 parts of propylene glycol.
Preferably, the addition amount of the flavoring agent is 0.5 to 2.0% by weight of the coating liquid, such as 0.5 to 1.0%, 1.0 to 1.5%, 1.5 to 2.0%.
Preferably, the concentrated solution of the tobacco extract further comprises an acidulant and/or a sweetener. The sour agent and/or the sweetening agent can adjust acid-base balance in the concentration process, effectively improve the content of fragrant substances and improve the sensory taste effect.
Preferably, the concentration temperature is 40-70 ℃, and the concentration pressure is-0.08-0.01 MPa. More preferably, the pressure is a vacuum pressure; the low-temperature reduced-pressure concentration can reduce the volatilization loss of the flavor components and improve the retention of the tobacco flavor components.
Preferably, the wood pulp is selected from one or more of softwood pulp, eucalyptus pulp and hemp pulp.
Preferably, the wood pulp accounts for 5-20 wt% of the total absolute dry weight of the tobacco raw material components, such as 5-10%, 10-15%, and 15-20%. Too low addition of wood pulp can result in insufficient strength of the tobacco sheet, influence on papermaking forming, and too high addition of wood pulp can result in increase of offensive odor and irritation of the mixed reconstituted tobacco, and influence on sensory quality.
Preferably, the length of the fibers in the wood pulp is 2-5 mm.
Preferably, the solid content of the wood pulp is 93-95 wt%.
Preferably, the moisture content of the stalk fiber is less than or equal to 70 percent.
More preferably, the stem fibers are obtained by extruding the tobacco stems after defibering the tobacco stems. According to the tobacco stem fiber processing method, the stem fibers are obtained by adopting a process of firstly squeezing and then defibering, the squeezing capacity can be improved, the water content of the stem fibers is reduced, more tobacco stem extracting solutions are guaranteed to be separated by solid and liquid, and finally more tobacco stem extracting solutions are discarded, so that the influence of the tobacco stem extracting solutions on the sensory quality of reconstituted tobacco leaves is reduced.
Preferably, the moisture content of the tobacco solids is less than or equal to 70 percent.
Preferably, the size of the tobacco fragment powder is more than or equal to 60 meshes.
Preferably, the acidulant is selected from one or more of citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, lactic acid and strawberry acid.

Preferably, the addition amount of the sweetener is 1 to 4 wt% of the total weight of the coating liquid, such as 2 to 3%, 3 to 4%, 5 to 6%. .
Preferably, the coating rate of the coating liquid on the surface of the tobacco sheet base is 25-45 wt%, such as 25-30 wt%, 30-35 wt%, 35-40 wt%, 40-45 wt%. The coating rate is a percentage of the absolute dry weight of the coating material on the tobacco sheet base to the absolute dry weight of the coated tobacco sheet base, and is defined as [ (absolute dry weight of the coated tobacco sheet base-absolute dry weight of the tobacco sheet base)/absolute dry weight of the coated tobacco sheet base ]. 100%.
The application also provides the mixed reconstituted tobacco prepared by any one of the preparation methods.
Preferably, the water content of the mixed reconstituted tobacco is 9-13%, such as 9-10%, 10-11% and 12-13%. The too low moisture content can lead to the making of follow-up processing links such as cutting, and the too high moisture content can lead to the storage link to go mildy rotten easily.
As mentioned above, the mixed reconstituted tobacco and the preparation method thereof have the following beneficial effects: the tobacco coating is prepared by compounding a plurality of tobacco raw material components and a coating liquid formula according to a specific proportion, and the product has the style characteristics of a typical mixed type cigarette instead of the style characteristics of a single burley tobacco, sun-cured tobacco or aromatic tobacco, and the tobacco of each type has harmonious fragrance and comfortable sensory taste; the wood pulp is added into the tobacco raw material in the extraction stage and is pulped together with the tobacco solid, so that the tobacco solid is prevented from being excessively pulped, long fibers are prevented from being broken, the fibers are ensured to have certain length, and the strength of the sheet base is enhanced; by adding the calcium carbonate powder into the coating liquid, the adhesion force on the surface of the reconstituted tobacco is effectively reduced, the problem that the reconstituted tobacco is easy to bond to form cakes in the processes of boxing and packaging and long-term storage is solved, and the silk making processability is improved; by adding the food gum into the coating liquid, the filler and the fine fibers on the surface of the tobacco sheet base and the calcium carbonate powder in the coating liquid can be effectively adsorbed, the adhesive force is improved, the powder falling rate on the surface of the reconstituted tobacco is reduced, the ash content and the product yield are improved, and the dust problem in the subsequent slicing and shredding treatment process can be obviously improved.
