Abstract
本发明提供一种具有降血糖功能的保健品组合物,由枸杞子、桑椹、黑芝麻、黑蚂蚁、黑豆、核桃仁、山药、莲子、茯苓、葛根、翻白草、仙人掌、马齿苋、南瓜、苦瓜等25种药食同源的原料制备而成。本发明的保健品组合物以多种药食同源的原料制备而成,能够对机体进行全面调节,特别是能够充分地滋肝补肾,长期服用后,可以在显著降低血糖的同时有效控制各种并发症。本发明还提供了所述的保健品组合物的制备方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健品,具体涉及一种具有降血糖功能的保健品,及其制备方法。
背景技术
糖尿病是一种代谢性疾病,特别是2型糖尿病,是一种生活方式导致的疾病,其发病机制与遗传和环境因素都密切相关。糖尿病属于中医上讲的消渴症,消渴以多饮、多食、尿多、身体消瘦、尿有甜味为特征,中医上认为消渴症的病因是由于身体阴虚、饮食不节、情志失调、劳欲过度所致。本病症病机中,阴虚为本,燥热为标,燥热与阴虚往往互为因果。燥热越重则阴虚也越重,阴虚加燥热,两者形成恶性循环。本病症病变涉及的脏腑有肺、胃、肾,而以肾脏病变最为关键,例如,肾阴不足,阴虚火旺,则可上延肺、胃,导致肺燥、胃热、肾虚并存。所以阴虚燥热乃本症的病机特点。
目前糖尿病的临床治疗除了用中药制剂治疗外,食疗方法的辅助作用也功不可没。因此开发适用于糖尿病食疗的保健品对糖尿病患者具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种具有降血糖功能的保健品,以多种药食同源的原料制备而成,能够对机体进行全面调节,特别是能够充分地滋肝补肾,长期服用后,可以在显著降低血糖的同时有效控制各种并发症。本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:

本发明所述的保健品组合物配方中,所述的黑蚂蚁是指拟黑多刺蚁,其体内含有70多种营养成分,含42-67%的蛋白质,28种游离氨基酸,含多种维生素和20多种微量元素,特别以锌的含量最为丰富,此外还含三萜类化合物、蚁酸、三磷酸腺苷及人工无法合成的草体蚁醛、细胞白介素-2等多种生物活性物质,其中草体蚁醛具有增强免疫力、抗病毒等功效,具有很强的免疫调节和清除乙肝病毒的功能;所述的黑豆为豆科植物大豆的黑色种子,学名黑大豆(Soybean(Glycine ma x var)),又名乌豆,味甘性平,具有高蛋白、低热量的特性,具有补脾、利水、解毒的功效;所述的米皮糠为禾本科植物稻的中皮,含有丰富的谷维醇和糖甙等活性成分,性平味甘辛,具有通肠、开胃、下气、磨积块等功效;所述的麦麸即麦皮,含有丰富的膳食纤维和维生素B族,性味甘凉,可降低血清胆固醇;所述的荞麦(Fagopyrum esculentum)是蓼科荞麦属的植物,性平味甘,除了作为食品的主要成型原料以外,也具有一定的抗氧化、降血脂、增强血管弹性和防止血液凝结的功效;所述的蚕蛹为蚕蛾科昆虫家蚕的干燥蛹,味甘辛咸,性微温,具有生津止渴、消食理气的功效;所述的海带为海带科植物海带的叶状体,性寒味咸,具有消炎软坚、泄热利水、止咳平喘、祛脂降压、散结抗癌等功效;所述的黑木耳主治益气不饥、轻身强志,具有抗血凝、抗血栓、促进免疫功能、延缓衰老、降血糖等作用;所述的南瓜为葫芦科植物南瓜Cucurbitamoschata的果实,性温味甘,具有补中益气、化痰排脓的功效;所述的苦瓜含苦瓜甙、具有降血糖作用;所述的仙人掌性凉味微苦,具有清热解毒、舒筋活络、散瘀消肿、解肠毒、凉血止痛、润肠止血、健胃止痛等功效;所述的翻白草是多年生草本,又名鸡腿儿(《救荒本草》)等,属蔷薇科植物,一般生长于低丘山坡草地或疏林下草从中,全草皆可入药,性甘、微苦、平,无毒,根含鞣质、黄酮类,具有清热解毒、凉血止血等功效,临床验证对糖尿病有治疗功效;所述的银耳性甘、淡、平,无毒,归肺经、胃经、肾经,功能主治:润肺养胃、补肺益气、虚劳咳嗽、痰中带血、津少口渴、病后体虚、气短乏力。
本发明人经过多年的临床实践研究,将糖尿病大致分为以下五种:一是燥热伤肺型,这类型的糖尿病患者临床表现为烦渴多饮、口干舌燥、多食易饿、小便量多、大便干结、舌质红、苔薄黄、脉搏无力。二是胃热伤津型,这类型的糖尿病患者临床表现为消瘦易饥、大便秘结、口干欲饮、形体枯燥、舌红苔黄、脉滑有力。三是肾阴亏虚型,这类型的糖尿病患者临床表现为尿频量多、混如脂膏、头晕目眩、视物模糊、耳鸣腰酸、口干舌燥、失眠心烦、舌红无苔、脉细弦数。四是阴阳两虚型,这类型的糖尿病患者临床表现为尿频、饮多尿少、色混如膏、面色熏黑、耳轮枯焦、腰膝酸软、消瘦明显、阳虚、月经不调、畏寒面浮、舌淡苔薄、脉沉细无力。五是阴虚阳浮型,这类型糖尿病患者临床表现为尿频量多、烦渴面红、头痛恶心、口有异味、形体瘦弱、唇红口干、呼吸深快、或神态昏迷、四肢厥冷、舌质红、苔灰或焦黑、脉微数疾。
本发明人还认为应当利用中药对糖尿病进行中药的分型施治。首先是滋肝补肾,阴虚燥热是糖尿病的主要根源,肾虚的症候贯穿着消渴的始终,肾为先天之本,肾藏精,肾主水,五脏精气藏于肾,五脏六腑之津皆赖肾精之濡养,肾阴亏虚则不能上滋于肝,造成肝失所养,水乏其源,阴虚火旺。肾水不能上济于脏腑,上虚失运,生化之源,造成五脏六腑精津亏虚,阴虚阳亢,阴阳失衡不能散精以全身,导致消渴多尿,消瘦诸症。为此,滋肝补肾是治愈糖尿病的治本之法。二是滋阴清热,糖尿病的病因机理是以阴虚为本,燥热为标,因此滋阴清热法是治疗消渴病的基本法则,适用于治疗肺胃燥热症,胃热积盛症,肠燥伤精症,血中伏火症。滋阴清热可改善体液、渗透液、防止细胞内脱水,起到降血糖作用。临床实践证明滋阴清热可起到降血糖、降血脂、降低血粘度、对抗胰岛素、提高胰岛素受体灵敏度、预防糖尿病并发症等作用。三是益气健脾,气是人体的动力,脾为气血之源,后天之本,益气健脾能够较好地改善糖尿病患者机体免疫功能,起到抗衰老和防止糖尿病并发症的作用,益气健脾能够修复胰腺细胞,恢复胰腺功能正常运转。四是益气生津,生津是构成生命的基础,气在体内有气化营养、固涩温照、推动脏腑正常运行等多种功能,汗为血之液,津为血之源,若糖尿病患者口干舌燥、多饮多水、疲乏无力、舌红脉弦细,实为内热伤津,津伤则气弱,益气生津用于治疗气津阴虚型糖尿病。五是疏肝解郁,肝主疏泄,可气机通畅,推动血液和精气的正常运行,并调节脏腑的气机升降,消渴病主要是由于肝失疏泄,郁而化火,灼伤精液,造成气机紊乱,这是糖尿病发病机理的关键。六是活血化瘀,临床实践证明,糖尿病大都存在血瘀粘堵,而血瘀是糖尿病的发生、发展及发生多种并发症的重要原因。活血化瘀可以改善血液循环,使胰岛素细胞恢复正常,促进胰腺的分泌。
总之,对糖尿病的治疗必须从滋肝补肾入手,治本为主,清热凉血,调节人体,纠正糖脂代谢紊乱,改善微循环,直接用于胰岛扶正五脏,激活体内胰腺细胞,修复和促进胰岛功能,并对并发症迅速控制、消除,使血糖平稳下降,直至人体阴阳平衡,彻底根除糖尿病。
本发明所述的具有降血糖功能的保健品组合物中,枸杞子、桑椹、黑芝麻、黑蚂蚁、黑豆、核桃仁能够起到滋肝补肾的主要作用,可以抓住糖尿病的本质,因为肾虚的症候贯穿于消渴的始终,因此以补肾为治本之法;山药、莲子、茯苓可健脾补肾,脾为气血生化之源,后天之本,因此健脾也是治疗消渴病的重要环节;葛根、翻白草、仙人掌、马齿苋、南瓜、苦瓜用于清热生津、凉血活血,可消除燥热,因为消渴病的病机是阴虚为本,燥热为标,因此滋阴清热是治疗消渴病的基本法则;荞麦、麦芽、米皮糠、麦麸、薏苡仁可以健脾开胃,能有效改善血糖、血压,防治多种并发症的发生;蚕蛹、百合、海带、入肺肝经,具有清热润肺、疏肝解郁、调节脏腑的气机升降的功效;银耳、黑木耳两药合用有很高的营养价值,既有扶正固本、滋补强壮的功效,又具有多种氨基酸,能够显著增强细胞免疫、修复和促进胰岛功能。
总之,本发明的保健品组合物以25种药食同源的材料制成,其降血糖的原理是从糖尿病的根源入手,以滋肝补肾为主,活血化瘀、软化血管、降压、降低血粘度、修复基因缺陷、恢复机体调控血糖的机能,最终能起到降血糖和对人体受损机能及并发症整体调治的功效。经长期服用试验证明,本发明的保健品组合物能够对血糖调节起到有益效果,且无任何副作用,对于糖尿病的临床治疗具有良好的辅助作用。
本发明所述的具有降血糖功能的保健品组合物制备方法为:将所述比例的原料粉碎、烘干后混合制粉,过120目筛,得到混合粉料,再进一步按照常规方法制备成各种形式的食品,例如,所述的混合粉料可以被进一步制成各种形式的面食,包括馒头、糕点、饼或面条;或者冲调食用的粉剂或糊剂;也可以进一步制备成保健品可接受的各种剂型,如片剂、胶囊等。
食用或饮用本发明所述的保健品时,优选每天用5~10g的桑叶泡茶配合服用。
