Abstract

本发明涉及一种空心轴叉花键副,主要包括花键轴叉和内花键花键套,花键轴叉由焊接叉及外花键花键套组成,内花键花键套套在外花键花键套的外部,内花键花键套与外花键花键套相互配合,外花键花键套为空心结构。本发明有益的效果是:本发明的下料重量可以减轻37.7%,经建立数模采用CAE软件进行静应力分析,空心花键轴叉在减重37.7%的同时应力约只增加5%。这表明空心花键轴叉在重量大大减轻的同时,强度与实心花键轴叉基本一致,也就是说在综合性能上空心花键轴叉更好,同时,这种结构使花键副的工作性能更加优良。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及花键副领域,主要是一种空心轴叉花键副。
背景技术
现国内包括国外,重型滑动花键副的组成一般是由花键轴叉(外花键)与花键套(内花键)相配而成,花键轴叉都是实心的结构,材料一般采用实心圆钢,加工工艺一般为下料—锻造—抛丸—调质—粗精车—铣花键—淬火等。这种设计和加工的花键轴叉材料利用率为59%,并且有锻造、调质淬火热处理和多道车加工工艺以及外花键铣削工艺,能耗和切屑较多,加工成本和材料成本较高。
发明内容
本发明要解决上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构简单、用料更省,性能更好的空心轴叉花键副。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案:这种空心轴叉花键副,主要包括花键轴叉和内花键花键套,花键轴叉由焊接叉及外花键花键套组成,内花键花键套套在外花键花键套的外部,内花键花键套与外花键花键套相互配合,外花键花键套为空心结构。
所述内花键花键套外套有密封装置。
所述密封装置与花键轴叉之间焊接固定。
所述焊接叉与外花键花键套之间焊接成一体结构。
本发明有益的效果是:本发明的下料重量可以减轻37.7%,经建立数模采用CAE软件进行静应力分析,空心花键轴叉在减重37.7%的同时应力约只增加5%。这表明空心花键轴叉在重量大大减轻的同时,强度与实心花键轴叉基本一致,也就是说在综合性能上空心花键轴叉更好,同时,这种结构使花键副的工作性能更加优良。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图所示,这种空心轴叉花键副,主要包括花键轴叉1和内花键花键套2,花键轴叉1由焊接叉3及外花键花键套4组成,焊接叉3与外花键花键套4之间焊接成一体结构。内花键花键套2套在外花键花键套4的外部,内花键花键套2与外花键花键套4相互配合。外花键花键套4为空心结构。内花键花键套2外套有密封装置5,密封装置5与花键轴叉1之间焊接固定,用以隔离外部的杂质和灰尘。
本发明采用焊接叉3与外花键花键套4焊合而成,焊接叉3采用普通锻造及机加工工艺,外花键花键套4及内花键花键套2均采用冷挤压工艺。这样的加工方法提高了材料利用率并降低了工艺成本。内花键花键套毛坯和外花键花键套毛坯及其花键采用冷挤成型工艺,属于无切屑加工方法,下料重量大为减轻,材料利用率预计能提高到85%左右,而且取消了毛坯锻造和调质热处理。外花键花键套4及内花键花键套2采用冷挤成型不仅减少了加工工序,缩短了零件的加工周期,在降低成本的同时提高了生产效率,而且取消锻造和调质两道高耗能有污染的热加工工序,可以取得明显的节能减排效果。
原实心花键轴叉的下料重量为22kg,成品重量为13kg,空心花键轴叉的总下料重量约为13.7kg,成品重量约为10.07kg,相比之下下料重量预计可以减轻37.7%,成品重量约可减轻22.5%,整个花键副约可减重5.49kg,约为28.1%。经建立数模采用CAE软件进行静应力分析,实心花键轴叉在加载15000N.m时,花键部位的最大应力约为448MPa,而空心花键轴叉在加载15000N.m时,花键部位的最大应力约为470MPa,相比之下空心花键轴叉在减重37.7%的同时应力约只增加5%。这表明空心花键轴叉在重量大大减轻的同时,强度与实心花键轴叉基本一致,也就是说在综合性能上空心花键轴叉更好。
除上述实施例外,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1.一种空心轴叉花键副,主要包括花键轴叉(1)和内花键花键套(2),其特征在于:花键轴叉(1)由焊接叉(3)及外花键花键套(4)组成,内花键花键套(2)套在外花键花键套(4)的外部,内花键花键套(2)与外花键花键套(4)相互配合,外花键花键套(4)为空心结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空心轴叉花键副,其特征是:所述内花键花键套(2)外套有密封装置(5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的空心轴叉花键副,其特征是:所述密封装置(5)与花键轴叉(1)之间焊接固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空心轴叉花键副,其特征是:所述焊接叉(3)与外花键花键套(4)之间焊接成一体结构。
