According to the moisture-retaining and cooling filter tip rod, due to the addition of the SAP dispersion substance which is a substance with high water absorbability and water retentivity, water adsorbed in SAP cannot permeate into the tow filter tip rod when a cigarette product is not smoked, but when high-temperature smoke generated when the cigarette product is smoked passes through the cooling section material, the high-temperature smoke contacts with the moisture in the SAP which is wrapped in the moisture-retaining and cooling filter tip rod and absorbs saturated salt solution, most of heat is taken away by the evaporation of the moisture, so that the purpose of cooling the tip rod is achieved, and meanwhile, the evaporated moisture enters main stream smoke in a gaseous state to play a role in moisture retention.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to a novel component material of a tobacco product, and particularly relates to a moisture-retaining and cooling filter tip of a cigarette product, and a preparation method of the moisture-retaining and cooling filter tip of the cigarette product.
Background
In the burning and smoking process of the traditional cigarette, the burning of the tobacco shreds generates high heat, the temperature of a cigarette burning cone is as high as 600-900 ℃, and the temperature of main stream smoke is increased. The tobacco shreds which are not combusted at the rear end and the filter tip have condensation and cooling effects on the mainstream smoke entering the filter tip during smoking, but the oral cavity still has hot and spicy feeling. The electronic cigarette without heating and burning utilizes a special heat source to heat the cut tobacco, the cut tobacco is only heated and does not burn, and although the temperature of the smoke is reduced, the temperature is still 300-380 ℃. It is therefore necessary to regulate the temperature of the smoke passing through the filter end.
In recent years, many researchers have concentrated on how to lower the temperature of the flue gas. The cigarette in south lake takes Eicosane (Eicosane) as a phase-change material and Expanded Graphite (EG) as a substrate, the Eicosane/expanded graphite (EI/EG) composite phase-change material is prepared by a capillary adsorption method, the prepared composite phase-change material is added into a cigarette filter, and the regulation and control effect of the composite phase-change material on the temperature of the filter in the cigarette smoking process is investigated. The novel cigarette capable of reducing the smoke temperature is developed by cigarettes in Hubei, and the backflow section is additionally arranged between the tobacco section and the filter tip section, so that the circulation distance of smoke in the filter tip is increased, and the hot air flow, the air flow partition plate and the inner wall of the smoke backflow section are subjected to heat exchange, so that the purpose of reducing the smoke temperature is achieved. Fimo international tobacco corporation adds a cooling element to the filter end, which comprises a relatively thin sheet of metal foil, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate, polylactic acid, and cellulose acetate pleated, gathered, or folded to form a channel. The cooling element lowers the temperature of the incoming flue gas by condensing, transferring or phase changing the moisture in the flue gas as the high temperature flue gas passes through the filter.
Although the regulation and control of the flue gas temperature have achieved certain achievements, the problems of high cost, complex process and the like still exist.
Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) is a new functional Polymer material. It has a high water-absorbing function of absorbing water several hundred to several thousand times heavier than itself, and is excellent in water retention property, and once it swells to form hydrogel upon water absorption, it is difficult to separate water even under pressure. The invention utilizes the high water absorbability and the water retentivity of the SAP to directly and quantitatively add the SAP into the tow filter rod in the forming process of the tow filter rod. Because the dispersing material is added into the SAP for treatment before the SAP is added into the filter rod after absorbing water, the addition of the SAP does not influence the permeability of the filter rod. Meanwhile, due to the high water retention of the SAP, water adsorbed in the SAP cannot permeate into the tow filter tip, when high-temperature smoke passes through, water in the SAP is evaporated to absorb heat, so that the smoke passing through the material is cooled, and the material can be used as a filter tip cooling section.
