Abstract

本发明公开了一种撕裂条撕口机构及制造装置和制造方法,在制袋过程中,蝴蝶结比较平整,不会翘起或与其他装置干涉,造成设备损坏或袋子废品。蝴蝶结拉起端由刀刃凸凹不平形成黏连的连接点,可作为防伪和防盗作用,通过蝴蝶结虚线点的连接来判断此位置是否被打开过。袋体底部形成倒扣形式,风琴面不张开,也更利于吸盘抓取。连接端切刀的切口为方形锯齿状,防止全部切穿,解决了以往一字过切造成蝴蝶结与撕裂条脱落的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装袋的撕裂结构,具体是一种撕裂条撕口机构及制造装置和制造方法。
背景技术
现有的蝴蝶结撕口为全切方式,生产过程中蝴蝶结翘起,叠放时容易倾斜,不易于吸盘抓取,直接影响下道工序,容易形成袋子废品和设备损坏,如图9所示。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种撕裂条撕口机构及制造装置和制造方法。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是: 撕裂条撕口机构,撕裂条安装在袋体上侧薄膜内,包括导向条和安装部,撕裂条端部的撕口机构包括拉起端和连接端,拉起端由切口机构纵向切穿,由切割形成的拉起端边缘一有部分连接点不切割,当外力拉扯后拉起端可被拉起,连接端由切口结构纵向切割后保留袋体上侧薄膜和导向条。
进一步地,所述边缘一的形状为蝴蝶型或者C型。
进一步地,所述连接点为2-4个。
上述撕裂条撕口机构的制造装置,包括切口机构,所述切口机构分为上切口部和下切口部,上切口部的下端是切刀一与拉起端边缘一形状匹配,所述切刀一切口有凸部和凹部,切割后凸部形成切割边缘一,凹部形成连接点,所述下切口部的上端是切刀二与连接端形状匹配。
进一步地,下切口部的下方是垫板,所述垫板为SiO2·nH2O垫板。
进一步地,所述切刀二的切口为方形锯齿状,防止全部切穿,解决了以往一字过切造成蝴蝶结与撕裂条脱落的问题。
上述制造装置制造侧风琴袋体撕裂条的方法,将撕裂条导向条和安装部安装在袋体上侧薄膜内,然后将袋体置于上切口部和下切口部之间,拉起端边缘一切穿,包括依次为上侧薄膜、导向条、安装部、风琴面和下侧薄膜,在下侧薄膜后面形成倒扣机构,而连接端只保留上侧薄膜和导向条,安装部、风琴面和下侧薄膜切断。形成倒扣的原理是当上切口部向下切时与下切口部接触,在下切口部受到上切口部一定的作用力下,将会把压力传递给垫板,因垫板比较软,受压变形侧偏,并且刀1-1背面高出平面0.5mm,当给予0.5Mpa以上的力时,刀整体会形成倾斜5°,将上侧薄膜插入底侧,具体见125,形成袋体倒扣

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解释说明。
如图1-3所示,撕裂条撕口机构,撕裂条安装在袋体上侧薄膜131内,包括导向条111和安装部121,撕裂条端部的撕口机构包括拉起端211和连接端231,拉起端211由切口机构纵向切穿,由切割形成的拉起端211蝴蝶型边缘一2111有3个连接点2112不切割,当外力拉扯后拉起端211可被拉起,连接端231由切口结构纵向切割后保留袋体上侧薄膜131和导向条111。
上述撕裂条撕口机构的制造装置,如图4和图5,包括切口机构,所述切口机构分为上切口部1和下切口部2,上切口部的下端是切刀一311与拉起端边缘一2111形状匹配,所述切刀一切口有凸部3111和凹部3112,切割后凸部形成切割边缘一,凹部形成连接点,所述下切口部的上端是切刀二511与连接端形状匹配。下切口部的下方是垫板3,所述垫板为SiO2·nH2O垫板。所述切刀二的切口为方形锯齿状,防止全部切穿,解决了以往一字过切造成蝴蝶结与撕裂条脱落的问题,。
上述制造装置制造侧风琴袋体撕裂条的方法,将撕裂条导向条和安装部安装在袋体上侧薄膜内,然后将袋体置于上切口部和下切口部之间,拉起端边缘一切穿,包括依次为上侧薄膜、导向条、安装部、风琴面和下侧薄膜,在下侧薄膜后面形成倒扣机构,而连接端只保留上侧薄膜和导向条,安装部、风琴面和下侧薄膜切断。形成倒扣的原理是当上切口部向下切时与下切口部接触,在下切口部受到上切口部一定的作用力下,将会把压力传递给垫板,因垫板比较软,受压变形侧偏,并且切刀一1-1背面高出平面高度h为0.5mm,当给予0.5Mpa以上的力时,刀整体会形成倾斜5°,将上侧薄膜插入底侧,形成袋体倒扣结构125。
本发明袋子制作的优点是:在制袋过程中,蝴蝶结比较平整如图6和图8,不会翘起或与其他装置干涉,造成设备损坏或袋子废品。蝴蝶结拉起端由刀刃凸凹不平形成黏连的连接点,可作为防伪和防盗作用,通过蝴蝶结虚线点的连接来判断此位置是否被打开过。袋体底部形成倒扣形式,风琴面不张开,也更利于吸盘抓取,如图10和图11。连接端切刀的切口为方形锯齿状,防止全部切穿,解决了以往一字过切造成蝴蝶结与撕裂条脱落的问题,如图12。

Claims (7)

1.撕裂条撕口机构,其特征在于,撕裂条安装在袋体上侧薄膜内,包括导向条和安装部,撕裂条端部的撕口机构包括拉起端和连接端,拉起端由切口机构纵向切穿,由切割形成的拉起端边缘一有部分连接点不切割,当外力拉扯后拉起端可被拉起,连接端由切口结构纵向切割后保留袋体上侧薄膜和导向条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的撕裂条撕口机构,其特征在于,所述边缘一的形状为蝴蝶型或者C型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的撕裂条撕口机构,其特征在于,所述连接点为2-4个。
4.如权利要求1-3所述的撕裂条撕口机构的制造装置,其特征在于,包括切口机构,所述切口机构分为上切口部和下切口部,上切口部的下端是切刀一与拉起端边缘一形状匹配,所述切刀一切口有凸部和凹部,切割后凸部形成切割边缘一,凹部形成连接点,所述下切口部的上端是切刀二与连接端形状匹配。
5.根据权利要求4所述的撕裂条撕口机构的制造装置,其特征在于,下切口部的下方是垫板,所述垫板为SiO2·nH2O垫板。
6.根据权利要求4所述的撕裂条撕口机构的制造装置,其特征在于,所述切刀二的切口为方形锯齿状,防止切穿。
7.采用如权利要求4-6任一项所述的制造装置制造侧风琴袋体撕裂条的方法,其特征在于,将撕裂条导向条和安装部安装在袋体上侧薄膜内,然后将袋体置于上切口部和下切口部之间,拉起端边缘一切穿,包括依次为上侧薄膜、导向条、安装部、风琴面和下侧薄膜,在下侧薄膜后面形成倒扣机构,而连接端只保留上侧薄膜和导向条,安装部、风琴面和下侧薄膜切断。
