Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及海上搜救装置领域,所述搜救装置被远程控制并且能够应用于海难人员救援的所有情况,能够在陆地、海洋和空中使用。
本发明还可被包括在休闲航海装置中。
背景技术
从现有技术已知多种海上搜救装置,然而这些海上搜救装置在其自身结构、恶劣条件下的移动性和航行能力方面存在若干局限性。
文献WO2012139044A1公开了一种具有马达的救生设备,所述救生设备包括:船体;联接至船体的漂浮设备,该漂浮设备构造成使救生设备保持在直立位置中;嵌入在船体中的马达;和由远程控制设备激活的机构。然而,该设备(被认为最能代表现有技术)仅能够以将其置于水上时的姿态航行。
本发明解决了如下技术问题:设备能够在所有条件下航行,而不管该设备被如何置于或扔到水中,或者当设备上下颠倒时也能够航行。基本上,设备能够通过自动切换水入口而在其两侧中的任一侧上航行。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种被直接地且远程地控制的U形自推进船,所述自推进船通过允许在两侧中的任一侧上航行的两个涡轮和相应的马达行进。
利用本运载装置实现的机动性具有非凡的性能,并且即使在最苛刻的海洋条件下,自推进运载装置的行为和控制也显示为非常有效。这通过本发明的高动力推进系统和涡轮操作系统实现。
在上述海洋条件下,由于设备极快地到达海难的位置,或者由于远程控制是可靠且稳固的,因此有助于海难人员的救援。
运载装置既能够作为救生员的辅助装置而在海滩上使用,也能够通过与在有人落水时自动释放运载装置的安全设备交互并且允许通过电子控制模块将运载装置引导到待援救人员的位置而在船上使用;或者甚至在未被监控或远程监控的海滩上使用,在这种情况下,运载装置在支撑平台上待命,通过电子警报而被自动释放到水中。
本发明的其它优点在于:
·对海难人员的快速援助;
·救援人员和海难人员均使用简便;
·在恶劣海洋条件下的航行能力;
·有助于在陆地、海洋或空中装置上进行储存的减小的尺寸,以及因此而产生的广泛用途;
·用作休闲航海装置。
本设备的另一特征在于其“U”形形状,“U”形形状有助于航行和海难人员的进入,因此替代了传统的圆形“救生圈”。该形状设计允许设备在汹涌的海水中航行,快速到达海难人员处并且能够从陆地、从船舶或从航空器发射。
由于配备有完全的移动性,该设备能够快速到达海难人员处并且能够将他/她带到岸边或最近的支援地点。为了实现这些特征,该设备从旨在被替代的基本理念—静态救生设备进行开发,其现在设置有推进装置。所达到的最终形式是最符合以下要求的一种形式:救援人员和海难人员均使用简便;在不利海洋条件下的航行能力;有助于将其存储在舰船上的减小的尺寸;广泛的用途,无论是在具有或不具有救生员的情况下从陆地使用,还是从舰船或航空器使用;以及用作休闲运载装置。
海难人员的一个很大困难在于将其自身放在圆形的救生设备上,利用本设备完全克服了这种情况。
该运载装置具有用于航行和定向的电子模块。电子模块置于设备内部的前部。电子模块由磁强计、加速计和陀螺仪、GPS、声音/视频系统、和牵引控制装置组成,其中所述牵引控制装置在海洋的紧急情况下被激活并且提供涡轮的更为平衡的推进。
自推进船还可以包括监视/追踪光学系统,所述监视/追踪光学系统由照相机和软件组成,所述软件通过海难人员进行的移动来检测援助请求从而警告救生员,或者自推进船可以被自动地释放到水中。
本发明设计成给在海、河和湖中处于溺水情况的人员提供援助,并且用于休闲用途。
远程控制装置集成在小的、牢固的且完全防水的装置内,旨在由任何人员用一只手简单使用。远程控制装置设置有遥测系统,该遥测系统控制电池水平、并且能够通过视觉和可听见的指示命令自身来监控该遥测系统。
该设备能够在主插头上直接充电或者通过感应充电。通过感应进行缓慢和/或维护性充电,而通过直接连接进行快速充电。将通过集成在该设备所处的保持件中的太阳能板或其它替代的能量源进行充电。
