Abstract

本发明提供一种双向注塑机成型模具,包括底座,所述底座上设置有横向模和纵向模,所述横向模和纵向模都为左模、右模组成,所述横向模和纵向模交叉设置在底座上端,所述横向模和纵向模后端都设置有合模气缸,所述底座中心位置正上方设置有注料管,所述横向模和纵向模分别合模时注料管分别插在横向模和纵向模中,底座下端设置有下料口,所述下料口上设置有电磁阀门。通过横向模和纵向模交叉设置,通过横向模和纵向模的分别合模,不用更换模具就能注塑两种不同结构的塑料制品,避免频繁的更换模具导致工作时间的浪费,并且通过接触传感器和电磁阀门自动对注塑成型的塑料制品进行下料,提高注塑机的工作效率。

双向注塑机成型模具
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品领域,尤其涉及一种设置有两组模具的双向注塑机成型模具。
背景技术
目前在制造塑料制品时,通常使用注塑机进行注塑成型,而注塑机模具时对塑料制品成型其限定作用的重要部件。目前的的注塑机模具通常为单独的左模右模合模进行注塑,但是在注塑时使用模具只能对一种结构的塑料制品进行注塑,需要注塑其他结构的塑料制品需要更换模具,又由于模具较重,更换模具十分麻烦,并且浪费时间,工作效率不高。因此,解决注塑机更换模具十分麻烦的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种设置有两组模具的双向注塑机成型模具,通过横向模和纵向模交叉设置,通过横向模和纵向模的分别合模,不用跟换模具就能注塑两种不同结构的塑料制品,解决了注塑机更换模具十分麻烦的问题。
本发明提供一种双向注塑机成型模具,包括底座,所述底座上设置有横向模和纵向模,所述横向模和纵向模都为左模、右模组成,所述横向模和纵向模交叉设置在底座上端,所述横向模和纵向模后端都设置有合模气缸,所述底座中心位置正上方设置有注料管,所述横向模和纵向模分别合模时注料管分别插在横向模和纵向模中,底座下端设置有下料口,所述下料口上设置有电磁阀门。
进一步改进在于:所述横向模与纵向模后端设置有接触传感器,所述接触传感器与电磁阀门电连接。
进一步改进在于:所述底座四角设置有扶手,所述扶手与底座之间设置有加强块。
进一步改进在于:所述底座底部四角设置有万向轮,所述底座四边上方设置有清理装置。
本发明的有益效果是:通过横向模和纵向模交叉设置,通过横向模和纵向模的分别合模,不用更换模具就能注塑两种不同结构的塑料制品,避免频繁的更换模具导致工作时间的浪费,并且通过接触传感器和电磁阀门自动对注塑成型的塑料制品进行下料,提高注塑机的工作效率。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1-2所示,本实施例提供了一种双向注塑机成型模具,包括底座1,所述底座1上设置有横向模2和纵向模3,所述横向模2和纵向模3都为左模、右模组成,所述横向模2和纵向模3交叉设置在底座1上端,所述横向模2和纵向模3后端都设置有合模气缸4,所述底座1中心位置正上方设置有注料管5,所述横向模2和纵向模3分别合模时注料管5分别插在横向模2和纵向模3中,底座1下端设置有下料口6,所述下料口6上设置有电磁阀门7。所述横向模2与纵向模3后端设置有接触传感器8,所述接触传感器8与电磁阀门7电连接。所述底座1四角设置有扶手9,所述扶手9与底座1之间设置有加强块10。所述底座1底部四角设置有万向轮11,所述底座1四边上方设置有清理装置12。通过横向模2和纵向模3交叉设置,通过横向模2和纵向模3的分别合模,不用更换模具就能注塑两种不同结构的塑料制品,避免频繁的更换模具导致工作时间的浪费,并且通过接触传感器8和电磁阀门7自动对注塑成型的塑料制品进行下料,提高注塑机的工作效率。

Claims (4)

1.一种双向注塑机成型模具,包括底座(1),其特征在于:所述底座(1)上设置有横向模(2)和纵向模(3),所述横向模(2)和纵向模(3)都为左模、右模组成,所述横向模(2)和纵向模(3)交叉设置在底座(1)上端,所述横向模(2)和纵向模(3)后端都设置有合模气缸(4),所述底座(1)中心位置正上方设置有注料管(5),所述横向模(2)和纵向模(3)分别合模时注料管(5)分别插在横向模(2)和纵向模(3)中,底座(1)下端设置有下料口(6),所述下料口(6)上设置有电磁阀门(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的双向注塑机成型模具,其特征在于:所述横向模(2)与纵向模(3)后端设置有接触传感器(8),所述接触传感器(8)与电磁阀门(7)电连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的双向注塑机成型模具,其特征在于:所述底座(1)四角设置有扶手(9),所述扶手(9)与底座(1)之间设置有加强块(10)。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的双向注塑机成型模具,其特征在于:所述底座(1)底部四角设置有万向轮(11),所述底座(1)四边上方设置有清理装置(12)。
