Abstract
对于一种塑料成型机,特别是吹塑机,为减少机
器停机时间和生产损失时间,这里提出了一种从第一
种产品(即220升容器)模具到第二种产品(即60升
塑料桶)模具的快速更换方法及相应的结构措施。
根据这一方法,它是这样完成的:将第一种产品
模具的二半模具(12和14)保留在模具合模板(16,18)
上,而第二种产品模具的二半模具被夹持在第一种产
品模具的两个已固定半模(12,14)上。
Description
本发明涉及的是塑料成型机以及将塑料成型机从第一种产品的模具换为第二种产品的模具的快速更换方法。
这种型式的塑料成型机可以是注塑机或吹塑机。这类塑料成型机是众所周知的。
这类机器有下列一些问题:例如,中空塑料体产品的制造者仅有一台吹塑机,他用这台机器大批量生产容积为220升的容器。现在他接到一张有限量的定单,例如为60升塑料桶。他想同时完成这批订货。为此,他必须停用该吹塑机,而且必须将220升容器的吹塑模具从模具合模板上卸下来,并将较小的60升塑料桶的二半模具装到模具合模板上,再接上相应的工作介质,如电能,液压油或冷却水。当完成塑料桶生产订货后,再重新生产220升容器,并须以相反过程安装模具。其结果是导致该吹塑机停产较长时间,并增加了成本。对注射塑料成型机来说,更换模具的结果是一样的,但由于注塑机一般都用于大批量生产,与中断吹塑机的情况相比,即使停产的时间较短,也导致较大的产量减少。
本发明的目的是采用结构上和生产过程的一些手段,以简单而成本低的方法,使很快地更换塑料成型机的模具成为可能。以较短的时间将一种产品的模具更换成另一种产品的模具,并使机器的停机时间尽可能地短。
本发明的目的是在工艺工程范畴内实现的。采用一台备有两半式模具的塑料成型机。这两半模具分别固定在二块模具合模板上,该合模板可以移动开以便取出2件。第一种产品模具的两个半模夹持在模具合模板上。第二种产品模具的两个半模夹持在第一种产品模具的两个已固定的半模上。加入用于成型的熔融塑料原料及工作介质,如电能,液压油或冷却水。在某些情况下,采用可更换成的管线,和/或柔性(管)线的电缆,使之便于拆换。
为此,作为一种结构上的安排,对于固定于模具合模板上的第一种产品的模具,在其向内一边的侧面设有用以紧固第二种产品模具的附加紧固装置。
采用这些措施的结果是:机器停机时间和生产损失的时间大大缩短。对于程控式塑料成型机,不必重新调整程序而继续运行是可以做到的。在这种情况下,将一种调整到固定位置的间隔棒,置于水平移动的二半模具的闭合通道中。这样,机器的部件或模具合模板(它们可以相对移开)可以移动到一起,并达到予先选择好的间隔。
尤其是当要求在较短时间内完成这种机器的变更时,此时要供应或卸除熔融塑料,和/或工作介质如液压油或冷却水,这种情况下提供具有快速装合机构(即卡口闭合)或插入式接头的可变管线或柔性管线或电缆有助于达到此要求。
若为吹塑机,藉助于在吹塑芯棒顶部装一加长部分可使吹塑芯棒很快配合到另一制品的吹塑模上。
由以上所述可以看到,通过一种简单的办法,在一台投资较大、生产负荷较高的塑料成型机上可获得低成本加工方法。
下面以图示具体例子对本发明作一描述。
图中从侧视方向表示出吹塑机10。
吹塑机(10)由下列部件组成:机座34和一个垂直支柱36,其上装有供模具合模板16和18在水平方向移动的液压装置。上水平支杆38和下水平支杆40用以对模具合模板进行导向。在两块模具合模板16和18之间的基座34的底部有一带有吹塑芯棒32的吹塑芯棒块42,棒32用于吹胀管型塑料型坯。该型坯是从直接装于其上面及在模具合模板上面的储料器头28中压出或从管形模子中直接压出的。塑料空腔体或被吹塑产品的两半模具通常固定在模具合模板16和18上。对于带有凹槽的复杂产品的模具,即容器体上的法兰环或塑料桶上的模塑式提手,两半模具可带有可分别移动的模具滑块。
一般都了解这种型式吹塑机的作用,因此这里不需要作进一步说明。
装夹于模具合模板16和18上的两半模具12和14是专为220升带盖容器设计的。在第一种产品的两半模具12和14中用点线示出其产品(轮廓)。两半模具12和14的顶部和底部具有模具滑块以便由缩锻形成周向承载和输送环。
本发明的第一种产品模具的两半模12和14具有紧固装置20(例如带有螺丝孔的角铁),用来夹紧第二种产品模具的两半模22,24。第二种产品模具的两半模用来制造60升塑料桶。每块模具的下端有一模具滑块,用以由缩锻形成塑料桶壁上的把手。模具滑块移动量在图中用两个垂直箭头表示。二半模或模具合模板的移动量用水平箭头表示。
为使模压较小的塑料桶成为可能,在模压大容器时用的吹塑芯棒32上装有模压塑料桶的二半模22和24所需的吹塑芯棒加长块30。该二半模具同样带有紧固装置。为调整模具合模板的水平移动量或作为一停止点,在下部的水平支杆40上装有一间隔棒26。可将间隔棒调整到一固定位置。据此,可实现机器的运动部件和附加模具间的协调一致。
通常,吹塑机的两半模具都备有液压油管线(用以使模具滑块产生动作)及冷却液管线。
为实现快速安装,这些管线或柔性管线有快速闭合机构或插入式接头。为了更清楚起见,图中没有详细表示。

Claims (6)
1、一种塑料成型机上快速地将第一种产品模具换成第二种产品模具的方法,具有一分为两个半模的模具,两个半模分别固定在两块模具合模上,为取出制品,两块合模板可以移开,其特征在于第一种产品模具的两半模具(12,14)保持在模具合模板(16,18)上,而第二种产品模具的二半模具(22,24)装夹在第一种产品模具的二半模具(12,14)上。
2、根据权利要求1的方法,其特征是提供用以加工的熔融塑料原料,和/或加工用介质,如电能,液压油或冷却水,以及在某些情况下可以采用可更换的管线,和/或柔性管线以及电缆使这些介质卸离。
3、具有二半模的塑料成型机两半模具(12,14)分别固定于模具合模板(16,18)上,板可以相对移开以便取出制成品,其特征在于为实现从第一种产品的模具向第二种产品的模具的快速转换,被夹持在模具合模板(16,18)上的第一种产品的二半模具(12,14)具有夹紧装置(20)以夹持住第二种产品模具的二半模具(22,24)。
4、根据权利要求3的塑料成型机,其特征在于配有一个间隔棒(26),这样可使机器部件或可移动的模具合模板(16,18)移动到一起并获得预定的间隔。
5、根据权利要求3或4的塑料成型机,其特征在于备有可更换的并具有快速闭合机构或插入型接头的管线或柔性管线,以供给或排出熔融塑料和/或工作介质,如液压油,冷却水或电源流。
6、根据权利要求3或4或5的塑料成型机,如吹塑机(10)的结构具有一吹塑芯棒(32),该芯棒有一用以使塑料管吹胀的加长部分(30)。
