但由于蓝莓果实为浆果型,果实皮薄、多汁、含水量高,难以贮存。为丰富蓝莓的食用范围,开阔蓝莓市场,提供一种营养丰富兼具良好保健功能的蓝莓食品,及简单易行的加工工艺,充分利用蓝莓的营养价值,满足人们对食品的营养保健需求。

本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种蓝莓银耳蜜汁,是由以下重量份的原料组成:
蓝莓30-50、银耳10-20、圣女果15-30、菱角仁15-20、葛根6-10、黄花菜粉5-10、桃树根1-2、石蝉草1-2、番石榴根2-3、芭蕉根1-2、百合子1-2、蜀葵花2-3、钙果叶1-2、食品添加剂8-12、蜂蜜10-15、适量水;
所述的食品添加剂由下述重量份的原料制成:油莎豆10-30、南酸枣10-15、树仔菜5-10、茅岩莓4-8、莲须2-5、荚蒾2-5、月见草籽粉5-10、猪皮冻8-15、红酒15-30、柠檬汁3-5、食盐2-4;
所述的食品添加剂的的制备方法为:将茅岩莓、莲须、荚蒾混合加水煎煮1-2次,每次加水量为混合物重的3-5倍,过滤去渣,合并滤液,加入除杂洗净
油莎豆焖煮至熟透,捣压成泥,加入红酒搅拌成浆,得莎豆浆;将去核南酸枣、树仔菜分别洗净沥干,加水煮沸,加入猪皮冻及其他剩余原料熬煮至稠状,打制成浆,与莎豆浆混合,液渣分离,滤渣再次加滤液研磨成浆,过滤去渣,合并滤液,喷雾干燥,得粉体即可。
所述的蓝莓银耳蜜汁的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将葛根去皮洗净切块,干制后与菱角仁分别研磨成粉,与黄花菜粉一并炒制出香,再超微粉碎,得混合超微粉;
(2)、将桃树根、石蝉草、番石榴根、芭蕉根、百合子、蜀葵花、钙果叶等中药原料混合,加8-12倍水煎煮,过滤去渣,滤液超滤,得中药澄清液;
(3)、将银耳除杂干净,加水泡发后捞出沥干切碎成末,与蓝莓、火龙果一并送入果浆机,加2-4倍水打制成浆,液渣分离,得到浆液与蜂蜜搅拌均匀,得蜂蜜浆汁,滤渣烘干研磨成粉,得银耳果粉;
(4)、将混合超微粉、银耳果粉与其他剩余原料混合均匀,加4-8倍水,在0.15-0.25MPa压力下煮制20-40分钟,再加入中药澄清液、蜂蜜浆汁在60-80℃翻搅焖润10-15分钟,即可。

(1)、将葛根去皮洗净切块,干制后与菱角仁分别研磨成粉,与黄花菜粉一并炒制出香,再超微粉碎,得混合超微粉;
(2)、将桃树根、石蝉草、番石榴根、芭蕉根、百合子、蜀葵花、钙果叶等中药原料混合,加8倍水煎煮,过滤去渣,滤液超滤,得中药澄清液;
(3)、将银耳除杂干净,加水泡发后捞出沥干切碎成末,与蓝莓、火龙果一并送入果浆机,加3倍水打制成浆,液渣分离,得到浆液与蜂蜜搅拌均匀,得蜂蜜浆汁,滤渣烘干研磨成粉,得银耳果粉;
(4)、将混合超微粉、银耳果粉与其他剩余原料混合均匀,加6倍水,在0.25MPa压力下煮制30分钟,再加入中药澄清液、蜂蜜浆汁在60℃翻搅焖润15分钟,即可。
Claims (1)
1.一种蓝莓银耳蜜汁,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
蓝莓30-50、银耳10-20、圣女果15-30、菱角仁15-20、葛根6-10、黄花菜粉5-10、桃树根1-2、石蝉草1-2、番石榴根2-3、芭蕉根1-2、百合子1-2、蜀葵花2-3、钙果叶1-2、食品添加剂8-12、蜂蜜10-15、适量水;
所述的食品添加剂由下述重量份的原料制成:油莎豆10-30、南酸枣10-15、树仔菜5-10、茅岩莓4-8、莲须2-5、荚蒾2-5、月见草籽粉5-10、猪皮冻8-15、红酒15-30、柠檬汁3-5、食盐2-4;
所述的食品添加剂的的制备方法为:将茅岩莓、莲须、荚蒾混合加水煎煮1-2次,每次加水量为混合物重的3-5倍,过滤去渣,合并滤液,加入除杂洗净
油莎豆焖煮至熟透,捣压成泥,加入红酒搅拌成浆,得莎豆浆;将去核南酸枣、树仔菜分别洗净沥干,加水煮沸,加入猪皮冻及其他剩余原料熬煮至稠状,打制成浆,与莎豆浆混合,液渣分离,滤渣再次加滤液研磨成浆,过滤去渣,合并滤液,喷雾干燥,得粉体即可。
