本发明涉及一种保健蜂蜜,尤其涉及一种健脾化痰椴树营养蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜“食疗”在我国已有几千年的历史。《神农本草经》中说蜂蜜“安五脏,益气补中,止痛解毒,除百病,和百药,久服轻身延年。”《本草纲目》中说:“和营卫,润脏腑,通三焦,调脾胃。”蜂蜜对神经衰弱、高血压、冠心病、动脉硬化、糖尿病、肝病、便秘等有很好的疗效。但现有蜂蜜存在原料单一、工艺单一、口感单一、保健功能单一的缺陷,只是单纯的一种食品,无法迎合市场和消费者的需求,因此增加蜂蜜所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。

本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种健脾化痰椴树营养蜜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种健脾化痰椴树营养蜜,由下列重量份的原料制成:
椴树蜂蜜130-138、营养添加剂4-7、豇豆2-4、虾皮2-3、竹荪汁1-2、苹果肉渣3-4、椰丝3-5、鸡肉粉2-4、荠菜10-15、葡萄柚5-7、果冻4-6、蒜泥1-2、稀番茄汁15-20、血竭1.5-2、象皮1.8-2.3、鸭舌草1.3-2、陈皮0.5-1.4、兰花参0.8-1.2、苦蒿2-3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
朝天罐2-3、棒棒草1-2、女贞叶2-3、霸王根2-3、糯米面5-6、枸杞汁5-6、鲜玫瑰花瓣3-4、花生酥4-5、芥末1-2、竹叶适量;
制备方法为:(1)将朝天罐、棒棒草、女贞叶、霸王根洗净烘干研磨成粉,兑4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(2)鲜玫瑰花瓣切碎,糯米面与中药粉、鲜玫瑰花瓣混合搅拌,兑枸杞汁混合揉成饼状,上锅蒸熟,取出晾干切丁,入锅煎炸10-20秒,得糯米丁,取出待用;
(3)花生酥切成块状,滚芥末用竹叶包裹严实,丢入锅中加水浸煮10-20分钟,取出花生酥,与糯米丁混合烘干磨粉,即得;
一种健脾化痰椴树营养蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将虾皮、椰丝烘干,用粉碎机粉碎成20目的粗粉,用水提取粗粉,过滤后提出提取液,加热浓缩,浓缩后干燥,制成可以通过100 目筛的提取物粉;
(2)将所述重量份的血竭、象皮、鸭舌草等中草药用6-7倍水浸提后滤得滤液,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(3)豇豆与苹果肉渣兑竹荪汁混合剁碎,用煮沸的稀番茄汁熏蒸20-25分钟,取出豇豆与苹果肉渣,烘干研磨成粉;
(4)荠菜洗净裹鸡肉粉与营养添加剂的混合物,入油锅煎炸1-2分钟,取出与果冻、蒜泥混合剁碎,烘干研磨成粉,葡萄柚切片烘干,研磨成粉,待用;
(5)将上述粉料以及剩余物料与椴树蜂蜜混合入搅拌器,搅拌1-2小时至均匀,再倒出混合物,将混合物真空消泡,灌装,杀菌即得。

一种健脾化痰椴树营养蜜,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
椴树蜂蜜130、营养添加剂4、豇豆4、虾皮3、竹荪汁2、苹果肉渣4、椰丝5、鸡肉粉4、荠菜10、葡萄柚5、果冻4、蒜泥2、稀番茄汁15、血竭1.5、象皮2.3、鸭舌草2、陈皮1.4、兰花参1.2、苦蒿3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
朝天罐2、棒棒草1、女贞叶2、霸王根2、糯米面5、枸杞汁5、鲜玫瑰花瓣3、花生酥4、芥末1、竹叶适量;
制备方法为:(1)将朝天罐、棒棒草、女贞叶、霸王根洗净烘干研磨成粉,兑5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(2)鲜玫瑰花瓣切碎,糯米面与中药粉、鲜玫瑰花瓣混合搅拌,兑枸杞汁混合揉成饼状,上锅蒸熟,取出晾干切丁,入锅煎炸10秒,得糯米丁,取出待用;
(3)花生酥切成块状,滚芥末用竹叶包裹严实,丢入锅中加水浸煮20分钟,取出花生酥,与糯米丁混合烘干磨粉,即得;

(5)将上述粉料以及剩余物料与椴树蜂蜜混合入搅拌器,搅拌1小时至均匀,再倒出混合物,将混合物真空消泡,灌装,杀菌即得。

椴树蜂蜜130-138、营养添加剂4-7、豇豆2-4、虾皮2-3、竹荪汁1-2、苹果肉渣3-4、椰丝3-5、鸡肉粉2-4、荠菜10-15、葡萄柚5-7、果冻4-6、蒜泥1-2、稀番茄汁15-20、血竭1.5-2、象皮1.8-2.3、鸭舌草1.3-2、陈皮0.5-1.4、兰花参0.8-1.2、苦蒿2-3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
朝天罐2-3、棒棒草1-2、女贞叶2-3、霸王根2-3、糯米面5-6、枸杞汁5-6、鲜玫瑰花瓣3-4、花生酥4-5、芥末1-2、竹叶适量;
制备方法为:(1)将朝天罐、棒棒草、女贞叶、霸王根洗净烘干研磨成粉,兑4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(2)鲜玫瑰花瓣切碎,糯米面与中药粉、鲜玫瑰花瓣混合搅拌,兑枸杞汁混合揉成饼状,上锅蒸熟,取出晾干切丁,入锅煎炸10-20秒,得糯米丁,取出待用;
