Abstract
"processo não dispersivo para recuperação de óleo insolúvel em suspensões aquosas" o desenvolvimento e aplicação de um novo processo de recuperção de óleo não-polar, utilizando um método de extração dispersiva não-solvente a coalescer e recuperar o óleo a partir de uma lama de biocelular aquosa é aqui descrito. o processo de se poder aplicar a recuperação de óleo de algas a partir de uma alga recuperação lama lisada, de ácido graxos de ômega a partir de uma alimentação de biocelular aquasa, a recuperação de beta-caroteno a partir de uma alimentação de biocelular aquasa e para a remoção de água produzida na produção de petróleo e similares aplicações do tipo. a técnica da presente invenção utiliza um microporoso contactor de membrana de fibra oca (mhf) . o novo processo de recuperação de óleo não-polar aqui descrito pode ser acoplado a uma recolha de fluido ( um solvente não-polar tal como heptano, uma mistura de biodiesel ou o óleo extraído anteriormente) que é circulado através da membrana de fibra oca. nos casos em que mistura biodiesel ou o óleo extraído é usado anteriormente no passo de recuperação de solvente (por exemplo, destilação) pode ser eliminado.
