Abstract
MÉTODO PARA A FERMENTAÇÃO DE ACETONA-BUTANOL-ETANOL DE MATERIAL ORGÂNICO; E; SISTEMA PARA PRODUÇÃO DE HIDROGÊNIO, METANO, ÁCIDOS GRAXOS VOLÁTEIS E ÁLCOOIS A PARTIR DE MATERIAL ORGÂNICO. Um método para produzir H2, metano, AGVs e álcoois a partir de material orgânico, incluindo os passos de introduzir material orgânico e microrganismos em um biorreator completamente misturado para produzir H2, CO2, AGVs e álcoois; recuperar um primeiro efluente líquido, incluindo microorganismos, AGVs, e álcoois; introduzir o primeiro efluente líquido em um sedimentador por gravidade para separar em uma primeira biomassa incluindo microorganismos e um segundo efluente líquido incluindo AGVs, álcoois e microrganismos; introduzir o segundo efluente líquido em um módulo de separação para separar em uma segunda biomassa incluindo microorganismos e um terceiro efluente líquido incluindo AGVs e álcoois; recuperar pelo menos uma porção do terceiro efluente líquido; e proporcionar um biomassa recuperada ao recuperar pelo menos uma porção da primeira biomassa, da segunda biomassa, ou de ambas, e introduzir a biomassa recuperada em um biometanador para a produção de CH4 e CO2.
