Abstract
"método e configuração de instalação para a preparação e ativação de uma matéria-prima", por tratar a invenção de um método para a preparação e ativação de uma matéria-prima, no qual a matéria-prima é triturada por meio de rolos de moagem em uma combinação moinho-classificador, sendo que a combinação moinho-classificador é ajustada e operada para a produção de um produto triturado com uma finura entre d50 = 3 µm e d50 = 12 µm. neste caso, uma parte do produto da moagem é triturada por meio da combinação moinho-classificador para um diâmetro < 5 µm. subsequentemente, o produto triturado é submetido a uma classificação adicional em uma unidade classificadora de grãos ultrafinos que possui um limiar de separação para separar o grão ultrafino com uma finura de <d50 = 6 µm. a invenção também se refere a uma configuração de instalação para a realização do método de acordo com a presente invenção.
