resumo método para efetivamente remover o gás de sulfeto acídico empregando dessulfuração com base em amônia um método para efetivamente remover o gás de sulfeto acídico empregando dessulfuração com base em amônia inclui as etapas que seguem de: 1) pré-tratamento, onde o sulfeto no gás ácido é submetido através dos métodos de pré-tratamento de recuperação de enxofre, produção ou / e incineração para converter o enxofre restante no gás ácido nos óxidos de enxofre, e o gás residual de ácido com os óxidos de enxofre é obtido; e o gás ácido é derivado da indústria petroquímica, indústria química de gás natural, indústria química de carvão, etc.; 2) absorção de amônia dos óxidos de enxofre, onde o gás residual de ácido com os óxidos de enxofre é deixado para fluir em um mecanismo de absorção de amônia, e uma solução de absorção cíclica é empregada para absorver os óxidos de enxofre; e 3) pós-tratamento de sulfato de amônio, onde uma solução de absorção saturada ou quase saturada é submetida a concentração, cristalização, separação sólido-líquido, e secagem para se obter um produto sólido de sulfato de amônio. os óxidos de enxofre (incluindo dióxido de enxofre, trióxido de enxofre e seus hidratos) no gás residual de ácido são removidos e ácido sulfúrico, sulfato de amônio e enxofre são subproduzidos, e o gás limpo é descarregado na reunião do padrão de emissão.
