Abstract

La invención describe un proceso y un dispositivo para la desulfuración-desnitrificación de un gas de combustión. Se usa una solución de desulfuración-desnitrificación en una torre de absorción para absorber dióxido de azufre y/o óxidos de nitrógeno del gas de combustión o diversos gases de cola de combustión (residuales). La solución de desulfuración-desnitrificación con el dióxido de azufre y/o con los óxidos de nitrógeno absorbidos, libera el dióxido de azufre y/o los óxidos de nitrógeno mediante calentamiento y/o separación de gas y/o por regeneración al vacío en una torre de regeneración. El dióxido de azufre y/o los óxidos de nitrógeno liberados se concentran más para dar un producto de dióxido de azufre y/o de óxido de nitrógeno con una mayor pureza en una torre de concentración. La solución de desulfuración-desnitrificación regenerada se recicla para su uso. El proceso y el dispositivo tienen una amplia gama de aplicaciones industriales, y se pueden usar para la desulfuración y/o desnitrificación de gases de combustión, gases de incineración, gases de coqueo, gases residuales sintéticos de plantas de colorantes, gases contaminantes descargados de plantas de fibras químicas y otros gases de materia prima industrial o gases residuales que contienen SOx.
