Abstract

resumo “sistema de resina epóxi curável, processo para formar um compósito de epóxi reforçado com fibra e compósito reforçado com fibra curada” é descrito um sistema de resina epóxi curável bicomponente. o sistema de resina inclui um componente de resina epóxi contendo pelo menos 80% em peso de um poliglicidil éter de um polifenol. o sistema também inclui uma mistura de endurecedor contendo principalmente polietileno tetraaminas. o sistema inclui um ou mais de i) sais de metal alcalino, ii) compostos fenólicos substituídos com ácido carboxílico, anidrido carboxílico ou éster de ácido carboxílico, iii) um aminoácido como catalisador. o sistema tem características de cura benéficas que o tornam útil para produzir compósitos reforçados com fibra em um processo de moldagem por transferência de resina.
