Abstract

"AçO INOXIDáVEL MARTENSìTICO". A presente invenção refere-se a um aço inoxidável martensítico compreendendo C: 0,01 - 0,10%, Si: 0,05 - 1,0%, Mn: 0,05 - 1,5%, P: não mais que 0,03%, S: não mais que 0,01 %, Cr: 9 - 15%, Ni: 0,1 - 4,5%, AL: não mais que 0,05% e N: não mais que 0,1% em massa percentual, e também compreendendo pelo menos um entre Cu: 0,05 - 5% e Mo: 0,05 - 5%, o residual sendo Fe e impurezas, onde os teores de Cu e Mo satisfazem as seguintes fórmulas (a) e (b), 0,2% <243> Mo + Cu/4 <243> 5% ... (a) 0,55% <243> Mo + Cu/4 <243> 5% ... (b) e onde a dureza é 30 - 45 HRC e a quantidade de carbonetos nos limites dos grãos da austenita prévia é de não mais que 0,5% em volume. O aço inoxidável martensítico tem excelentes propriedades em relação à resistência à fratura do estresse de sulfeto, à resistência à corrosão e à corrosão localizada.
