Abstract
También se proporcionan plantas transgénicas, células vegetales, partes de plantas, semillas y productos básicos que comprenden las moléculas de ADN unidas de manera operable a los polinucleótidos transcribibles heterólogos y los métodos de su uso.Reivindicación 1: Una molécula de ADN que exhibe actividad funcional reguladora de genes que comprende una secuencia de polinucleótidoS que se selecciona del grupo que consiste de: a) una secuencia con al menos un 85 por ciento de identidad de secuencia con cualquiera de las SEQ ID Nº 1 - 199, 211 y 212; b) una secuencia que comprende cualquiera de las SEQ ID Nº 1 - 199, 211 y 212; y c) un fragmento de cualquiera de las SEQ ID Nº 1 - 199, 211 y 212 que exhiben actividad reguladora de genes; donde dicha molécula de ADN está unida de manera operable a una molécula de polinucleótido transcribible heteróloga. Reivindicación 13: Un método de producir un producto básico que comprende: a) obtener una planta transgénica, o parte de ésta, que comprende una molécula de ADN que exhibe una actividad funcional reguladora de genes que comprende una secuencia de polinucleótidos que se selecciona del grupo que consiste de: i) una secuencia con al menos un 85 por ciento de identidad de secuencia con cualquiera de las SEQ ID Nº 1 - 199, 211 y 212; ii) una secuencia que comprende cualquiera de las SEQ ID Nº 1 - 199, 211 y 212; y iii) un fragmento de cualquiera de las SEQ ID Nº 1 - 199, 211 y 212 que exhiben actividad reguladora de genes; donde dicha molécula de ADN está unida de manera operable a una molécula de polinucleótido transcribible heteróloga; y b) producir el producto básico derivados de ellas.
