Abstract
Un método para enlazar por inercia de un miembro metálico conductor a un miembro no conductor frágil, que comprende: (a) depositar una almohadilla conductora adherente delgada hacia el miembro frágil para presentar una primera superficie de creacion de frotacion; (b) formar el miembro metálico conductor con una segunda superficie coincidente de frotacion que se conforma esencialmente a la primera superficie de creacion de friccion; (c) llevar las superficies de frotacion primera y segunda juntas con movimiento relativo elevado transversal a las superficies y con una fuerza de forjado gradualmente incrementante a lo largo de un eje perpendicular a las superficies para generar suficiente calor friccional entre las mismas para efectuar cuando menos una rozadura o frote de partículas fundidas de las superficies; y (d) cesar abruptamente la rotacion relativa e incrementar la fuerza de forjado al logro de dichas partículas fundidas en la interfaz de acoplamiento entre las superficies. Un producto de vidrio de carrocería automotriz, que comprende: (a) un vidrio laminado que tiene su perímetro pintado para oscurecer la presencia de adhesivos aplicados; (b) conductores sobre o en el vidrio y que tienen uno o más terminales de alambre conductor; (c) una almohadilla ultradelgada de metal noble depositada sobre una zona pequeña del vidrio en conexion con cuando menos una terminal; y (d) una grapa de metal conductor conectada al extremo de cada trayectoria conductora.
