Abstract

Loa métodos y composiciones emplean un sistema de polinucleótido de gulatandonuclease Cpfl para proporcionar un sistema eficaz para modificar o alterar sitios diana dentro del genes de una planta, célula vegetal o semilla. Además se proporcionan complejos de polinucleótidos de quia/endonucleasas Cpfl, polinucleotidos de quia, secuencias de endonucleaaa Cpfl optimizadas para plantas, construcciones de ADN reconbinante quo comprenden genes da endonuclossaa Cpfl optimizados para plantas, y combinaciones de los mismos.
