Escrow is a secure financial arrangement where GemPad acts as a neutral third party, holding funds on behalf of the two parties involved in a transaction—yourself and the company or individual you wish to work with. We release the funds only when all agreed-upon conditions between both parties have been met. This ensures that all obligations are fulfilled, providing a layer of security and trust for both sides. ✅

How It Works:

• Initiate Contact: You begin by reaching out to the parties you wish to collaborate with.

• Create a Group Chat: Establish a group chat that includes yourself, the other party, and GemPad as the escrow agent.

• Payment Submission: You send the agreed-upon payment to GemPad.

• Conditional Release: GemPad holds the funds until the terms of the agreement are fully satisfied. Once confirmed, we release the payment to the other party. If the terms are not met, the funds are returned to you.

Fee Structure:

GemPad charges a percentage of the overall transaction as a fee for our escrow services. This fee is negotiable and varies based on the level of involvement required from our team.
