Gem-Points are used to determine your rank and give you special benefits such as registering to whitelists of projects you want.
HOW TO GET GEM-POINTS? Users/Investors can share around the project using the referral function which can earn them a % of the raise. This will also get them Gem-Points, as will investing in, creating projects and more to be announced soon.
Sales on GemPad can be either Public or Whitelisted. If the sale is public, anybody can participate without any requirements. If the sale is whitelisted, only the wallet addresses whitelisted will be able to participate in the sale. Project owners decide who can receive a whitelist spot and GemPad users can always apply for a whitelist spot depending on how many Gem-Points they have.

Sale Finalization = 50 points
Sale Cancellation = 10 points
Buy in the Sale = 0.1 point every $1
Buy in the OTC = 0.1 point every $1
