Connect your wallet, ensure that you're using the correct wallet and chain you used in contributing the sale. Before connecting always double check that the website is correct, we have no other domains.
Click on "My Contributions" tab to view all of the contributions made in your wallet.
Visit the project sale's page and press the “Emergency Withdraw” button.
Confirm the pop up warning. Emergency withdrawal refunds your contribution with 10% penalty.
Confirm the transaction in your wallet.
Congratulations! You've successfully used GemPad's Emergency withdraw feature.
Q: Can I contribute again after I emergency withdraw?
A: Yes, as long as the Hard Cap is not reached or the sale haven't ended yet.
Q: Can I emergency withdraw partially?
A: No, our contracts will not be able to allow you to partially withdraw funds. You will have to contribute again.
