I edited the introduction for spelling, grammar and clarity. Anything more would require advanced knowledge of Indonesian history and/or economics (IE: I think that the bullet point that says commitment to equity should be rewritten to commitment to equality, but might mean something more like commitment to government funding-the government is committed to providing equity).
