One of the worst casinos out there. I would avoid playing here at all costs. I have a gambling problem, and have asked the casino to close my account PERMANENTLY. However, they state that they can not do that, and the maximum time they can close a player's account is 3 months. This is extremely irresponsible and very much against responsible gambling. After the 3 months they can just open your account again without any notification. This happened to me, and I was able to deposit and lose money again.
Also, their withdrawal process is horrible. I requested a 1000€ withdrawal, and they asked me to verify my account even though I had already gotten an e-mail from them before that my account is FULLY VERIFIED. Regardless, I sent them all documents and they still didn¨'t pay my winnings. They purposely stall the withdrawal process to make the player eventually lose all their money, which happened to me.
Stay away from this casino!! They are manipulating and taking advantage of you.

Unfortunately, I registered exceptionally without checking the reputation of this casino. I ran into the trap. I paid 50 + 45 euros. The site charges an additional cost at the time of payment. I used the bonus (50 eur + 50). There was no free game, from more than 600 spins). From my second deposit, I played the Rotten slot machine + 3x bet / spin, so it always gives a free game. It returned 1 euro from 100 spins at a bet of 0.30 cents. I think this site is fake. No one should play here, it's not allowed!!
I am now 7 days waiting to have a withdrawal processed, firstly they want so much to verify the account you upload what you think is all the required documents and next thing they want a selfie of you with the documents! Ok so did that. Then withdrawal was cancelled after all this as I am only allowed to withdraw 15x my first deposit so €485 was deducted from the initial €860. So in the end could only have €375, which I am still waiting to be processed, providing they don’t ask for an organ or DNA test to prove my identity. I have never come across such an unfair casino in my life. PLEASE STAY CLEAR it’s not worth the stress 🤯🤯🤯

Hello, I can say that you won at the beginning, even for €1. I was even in the plus range at the beginning.
But in the end you only lost, no matter which game on which stake.☹️
The worst was the verification. They even wanted my birth certificate as proof. A selfie of me with ID. Just everything!
The live chat is a disaster!! Very rude and only standard answers! And I was not helped, I was always told to wait for an email from support.
Payment always took 3-4 days! I find it very long these days!

There was little notice that the server could not be reached and the game would be interrupted, even though the phone was well connected and other casinos were working properly. The game had to go through the lobby again every time, it couldn't be updated and continued to play. I made a quick deposit from my card, but I won't be able to withdraw money until my account is verified. First to my profile, from there to the events and then separately from the top menu documents - was a little hidden. No documents will be uploaded there. Connect to the chat, the chat will not open on your phone so you can see the field where to write. From the phone on the computer site shows, but it shows everything - 1 line. Really challenging when you can't see what you're writing. They told me to verify the account, I said nothing was uploaded. Command to send documents by e-mail. No one will ever respond to that email. After a couple of days of waiting, I went back to the chat, it wasn't there, just "send us a message" - By the way, no one answers. I received one email stating that I need to verify my account or it will be locked in 30 days. So I think they’re not answering me for that 30 days now, so I won’t be able to verify the account in that time and they won’t have to refund my winnings.
