Back when her and Isha still lived on the propeller, the one with the makeshift railings she had installed once she realized the feral child wouldn’t leave, she used her brush to comb out Isha’s tangles after a nightmare.
The kid was wild during a good night, kicking Jinx in the stomach whenever she turned in her sleep, slapping her face with a spread hand whenever Jinx herself moved, as if Isha, even during sleep, was scared of her leaving.---
Back when she still lived alone on her propeller, the one without the safety railings because she didn't really care if she fell into the abyss or not, her nightmares were vivid.
She saw tall demons with sketched out faces that were blurring with static, neon colours shifting until it made her sick.Series

Ekko didn't remember much from his childhood. It's all a blur, a violent shade of green that still made him nauseous when he thought about it for too long. The things he did remember were in stark contrast. Blue like the ocean.
He remembered Powder as if he had dipped her in amber.
Her little bunny ears, her smile with the missing teeth, the pan she had always used as a helmet when they were pretend-fighting.
