But in this world not everything is as it seems or as they expect, And Wild and their companions are going to have to resurface some old scars and work together to figure out what is going on in this strange yet familiar land.

Irida and the Pearl Clan's Wardens were just about at their wit's ends regarding the situation of Lady Sneaseler's adverse reaction to her new potential wardens. Little did they know that the solution to their problems was just about to fall out of the sky; more literally than perhaps they would prefer.
(Basically this is just my own take on Ingo's fall into Hisui and becoming a warden of the Pearl Clan but with more like world building and character building for a bunch of the characters of Hisui like Irida and stuff. I don't know.)
