Being a house cleaner in Phantomhive parlor has been very hard.
I have to make tea for the Master, clean up after them, sweep the floors, dust the furniture… I was expected to do everything while they ate their meals. I wasn’t allowed to leave my post at all unless I was sent away.
It was difficult also because of my clumsiness.
