Peter Parker had lost everything. His entire existence had been forgotten by the whole world, but most importantly- the people he loved. He had even lost his powers afterward due to the pressure of his mental anguish. Peter felt as though he had nothing to live for. However, though he was surrounded by darkness, Peter managed to find enough light to live.
At age 23, Peter Parker had been hired at Midtown High School as a chemistry teacher and was financially stable enough to afford a small home in a good neighbourhood. Things weren't perfect but he was content with the progress that he made. That was until the people of the past returned to challenge his new life. Ned was a teacher at Midtown High School, MJ was his next door neighbour, Morgan Stark was his student and Tony Stark returned from the dead.
Peter hoped to avoid them all for the sake of his fragile heart, but the Multiverse wasn't finished with him yet, which forces him to protect the people he loved with his newly regained powers. His world needed both the arrival of Peter Parker and Spider-Man.

After everything that has happened, the Doctor has been grounded to Earth until he learns to cope with his trauma rather than run from it.
The TARDIS has thus collected some of his friends in order to help him heal. Well, friends and someone who he has an infinitely complex relationship with. They are to watch the Doctor's adventures, taken from points all across the Doctor's timeline. Some will be good; some will be bad.
DOES NOT REQUIRE KNOWLEDGE OF THE EU TO UNDERSTAND. If you haven't experienced the EU (which I recommend), you'll just be 'watching' it for the first time along with the companions.

Devastated by the loss of Gallifrey and the destruction of the Time Lords, and ripped apart from the realisation that she is not who she seems, the Doctor needs to repair her telepathic barriers, and set her mind back in order. To help, she and the TARDIS lock away all memories of the destruction of Gallifrey and the Time Lords. But sick and tired of being reminded by her lost love everywhere she goes, the Doctor also decides to temporarily lock away all memories of Rose. But when a meddling TARDIS tears through the dimensions to get to her Wolf, how will the Doctor react to this woman that she seems inexplicably drawn to?
