Sold by his family to pay off a business debt to the Starks twelve years ago, Theon is able to enjoy a life of relative privilege under their ownership, having befriended their eldest son Robb. All he wants is to wait out the last three years of his contract and then return to his family a free man.
Unfortunately, the universe has other plans for Theon when it sends Ramsay Bolton crashing into his orbit.

Summary
A loud thunk rattling the door Theon passes, followed by a muffled curse, startles him, his grip slipping on the stack of wood in his arms. He stares at the offending door, realising only then that it’s Jon’s.
Huh.
Theon doesn’t really know why he’s surprised; Jon isn’t a child anymore, so it makes sense he wouldn’t be cuddled up with the rest of the Stark children against the cold.
Curious, Theon steps closer to the door, rapping his knuckles against the wood before he pushes down the handle, allowing it to sway into the room. “You okay there, Snow?”— a couple slice of life scenes of Theon and Jon growing up in the Stark household
