Summary
Bard Bowman and Thranduil Oropherion find themselves needing to part ways after a weeklong conference for the company one will soon become the CEO of. Their children hadn't started out on the best of terms but it seemed they had sorted themselves out even more quickly than the two grown men had as they resolved their selves, finally, to reality. It would almost be a coming of age story if they weren't already of age.

A weeklong conference brings one District Manager, Bard Bowman, and one COO, soon to be CEO, Thranduil together. It's a first meeting not only for the widowed father's but their children. While the father's stuff themselves into suits and a hotel conference room, their children look to take advantage of the hotel pool. There is a spark, there is a fight, there is destruction of something precious but what is found in that destruction, they might agree is even more precious.
