The silence stretches, pulled at both ends by both stubborn wills. Finally-
"You know I won't," former Ranger Yuuri Katsuki starts, turning his gaze aside, standing, shoulders tense, "can't."
Viktor closes the distance. "Of course you don't think you can when you've been hiding from the possibility."
