Nicola Archibald returns from summer still coping with the events that transpired during the summer while hiding a secret. William Archibald seems to be a shell of who he used to be and nobody can seem to figure it out. Erin Whitney and Augustus Bass have seemed to grow closer due to unprecedented circumstances but have they grown too close? Nolan and Nancy Whitlock have gone through hell with their family and everybody knows why but little do they know the real reason the twins are so fucked up. Daniel jr. Humphrey has just returned from his years in boarding school and everybody's eager to know why he left or better yet who he left for. Victor Humphrey has always lived in the shadow of his brother but what will he say when he find out there may be more to worry about.

Mike doesn't see what's so great about Steve Harrington. It's one thing when Dustin was all over him, now he's stealing Will away. Will with his nice arms who doesn't want to wear his jacket, because he'd rather wear Steve's jacket even though Mike's jacket is just as good as Steve's jacket. Just because Steve helped them with the upside down doesn't make him cool. Steve is not cool. Honestly fuck Steve Harrington.

Summary
Dustin and Will grow close after Will shares his secret and a certain someone is not quite happy about that. Will has new relationships while Mike's feelings are making him confused. Some people are really interested in Will and even though he won't admit it, Mike gets jealous. He misses his bond with his best friend and would do anything to regain it.
