Everytime Zhuo Yichen sliced his hand in order to power up his sword, he feels tingles all over his body. It was a nice and warm feeling that was enhanced by the adrenaline.
Sometimes he thought if it would be the same if he cut himself on purpose. Would it soft his sorrows and bring relief to his burdens? The thought laid low in his mind.
One day, Yanzhou removed a leaf from his hair, grazing briefly his cheek.
