Summary

Good news: Celebrimbor, in possession of the nine rings, escapes Sauron and his, now, accursed forge.
Bad news: He runs straight into the hands of Adar and his legions of Uruk who turn him into their prisoner they plan to use to trap Sauron and kill him.
Worst news: Celebrimbor may be trauma bonding (and more) with a certain charming, haunted Uruk.
Good news: Adar's siege of Eregion is on the cusp of taking the city and, hopefully, Sauron.
Bad news: Glug brings him an Elf who is not Galadriel or the fallen Maia in disguise, has a dangerous pouch full of something Sauron needs, and who keeps trying to escape, causing chaos within the Uruk camp.
Worst news: Adar may be trauma bonding (and more) with a certain, charming, haunted Elf.
Oh, and Sauron is still out there and is furious.

Summary

Short summary, because I suck at those: another elf shows up at Tirharad at the same time the Numenoreans do, and Elendil discovers he is not the tallest person in Middle-Earth (yes, that needs fixing as well). An attempt to resurrect a very old fanfic series I never published and see if I can meld it with the new Rings of Power series. Keeping most of the series characterizations but allowing for canon to flow in where it needs to, with the addition of an OC.

Super happy silvergifting ending. Follows ROP dialog through Ep 7 or so, then diverges. Sauron is deeply in love with Celebrimbor, and makes different choices for Celebrimbor's sake. The Nine are made but are not evil. Eregion is battered but not razed. Adar and Galadriel forge an alliance and sneak sex in there too, with Celeborn's agreement once he returns. Adar and the Uruks return to Mordor and stay there. Gil-Galad dates Elendil, who flees Númenor and founds Arnor. Annatar and Celebrimbor create a forest realm for themselves and the locals, plus the occasional outcast Elf, and live there HEA.
