Summary
“God,” Eddie says in a rush. Buck blinks, still straining in his workout shirt, and sets the weights down. “You’re so—”
He doesn’t have words to explain anything further, and Buck doesn’t get a chance to ask. Eddie makes the single stupidest decision he’s ever made in his life and rushes Buck, crowding into his sweaty presence, and licks a stripe up Buck’s neck.
The noise Buck makes is obscene. His hands clutch roughly at Eddie’s hips. “Fuck,” he hisses. “E—Eddie?”
Eddie shoves his hand down Buck’s pants in response.
Or: When Buck works out, Eddie loses all sense of control.

"“Santas are only supposed to be sexy on Halloween.”
“I can…be sexy Santa…year-round,” Eddie says with effort. His eyes flutter closed and his pulse rabbits beneath Buck’s lips.
“Seduce me then, Sexy Santa.”
Buck knows he’s made an enormous, thrilling mistake when Eddie stills, then grabs his arms firmly, guiding Buck away from him. His expression has shifted from sweet enjoyment to a darker, swirling heat; he tilts his head and traces his gaze up and down Buck, as if studying a lover. Or a challenge.
“Well,” Eddie says, his voice curling deliciously around the word. “Santa asked you what you wanted for Christmas and you didn’t give him a list. So he’s going to make do with what he’s got.”
Or: Buck doesn't know what he wants for Christmas, but he does know Eddie manages to pull off a Santa suit well.
Or or: Buck and Eddie defile the concept of Santa Claus and his reindeer.

“You’re exhausting, you know that? I – I had a plan.”
“A – a plan?” Buck stammers.
“I was going to file, let the dust settle, and wait a respectable amount of time. Six months, if I could swing it,” Eddie barks out a manic sort of laugh, his eyes wild and bright. “Okay, maybe four months. Three, at least. And then I was going to tell you –”
“You were going to wait six months to tell me you’d filed for divorce?”
“No –”
“Eddie, I don’t –”
And then suddenly Eddie is kissing him.
Or, Buck, Eddie, and Shannon have all been friends since high school. Old truths come to light at Bobby and Athena's annual holiday party.

Summary
*“Real snow for Christmas and that’s all he wants, nothing else, just real snow.”
“And you blame yourself? You can’t give him something you can’t control, Eddie?” Buck spoke softly, his voice floating to him like that comforting presence he always was.
“I know- I don’t know… I just feel so… guilty?” Eddie sighed. “And I know it’s silly, but it’s literally all he wants.”
“You can’t feel guilty, Eddie?” Buck smiled softly. “It’s not like you can make it snow. And I know you really would if you could make it happen somehow, but we both know you just can’t.”
“You’ll think of something to get him this year.” Buck smiled. Eddie wasn’t sure whether to pull away or hold Buck’s hand and never let go but he felt like his mind was short circuiting, all his senses snapping and crackling when Buck wrapped his hand around his own over the back of the couch. “We’ll think of something for him.” He corrected, squeezing his hand lightly. “It’ll all be alright. We’ll work it out together.”
OR
All Chris wants for Christmas this year is real snow, so Buck and Eddie make it happen with a surprise trip to a snowy mountain retreat, all whilst Eddie is still battling with his feelings…
