Summary

But, it is hard to live in two different worlds. This year, Naruto will discover just how difficult when both of her worlds are under threat and she is torn between them and her need to save the people she loves.

Minato had always believed that death was final. He had no idea what awaited him after death, and honestly, he had never really thought about it. His only hope was to see the people he loved again. Apart from that, he knew nothing about death and consciously avoided the subject.
Although he constantly completed life-threatening missions as a shinobi, Minato tried to push the topic of death away. He didn't want to think about his own death or that of his loved ones – it hurt too much. His only wish was that if he had to die, it would be knowing that he had saved others. Minato wanted to die as a hero, as the Hokage who protected his village and his family.

He is curious about the mysterious land. Besides, it is a good chance to learn about the world after Hyrule lost contact for the last 100 years due to the Calamity crippling their continent. The Princess could surely use an update to the political climate of Hyrule's neighbor!

This is a spinoff of the "Naruto the Ninja-Witch" series which is a story about Fem!Naruto who (on top of being a Ninja of Konoha) is a witch attending Hogwarts!
This particular story takes place between the Wave Mission (end of part 2: A Place to Return) and the Chuunin Exams (which will be in part 3: A Place to Choose).
It is primarily just for fun and will not include any real plot. Instead, I will explore (Clone) Naruto's relationships with other characters and perhaps flush out scenes that will later be mentioned in the "main story" and, of course, just fun(ny) scenes!
I don't think this will hold up too well without reading the rest of the series but you're welcome to try.

Kakashi doesn’t have the particular luxury of complete information.
He knows he’s six again, judging by the date he’s long burned into his heart, and he knows that this toddler is his little sister.
How he knows that— no clue. Not beyond the obvious resemblance, her calling him nii-san, and her sleeping in his childhood home.
Still, she is a stranger. She should not exist. Kakashi has never met her before.
But that doesn’t stop him from scooping her up and plopping her on his bed. She leans into the heat of him, but doesn’t cling when he moves away. He has to clear the rest of the house of any other unknown relatives that might suddenly pop out of the closets.

The Fourth Shinobi War was a fucking shitshow. Naruto doesn't know how to fix it, Sasuke doesn't know where he belongs, and Sakura can't seem to keep her boys together anymore. Naruto and Kurama devise a plan to hurdle Team 7 back in time, only Naruto fucks it up. Instead of being separate entities to themselves, they're 12 again, Kakashi's MIA, and with a chalk-loaded erasure in hand, Naruto's doing mental gymnastics to piece shit together.

I can’t do this anymore.

Reincarnation is a strange phenomenon. Ashura raised his future self until Naruto was kicked out of the orphanage at the tender age of three. Through a twist of event with the Uzumaki mask of the Shinigami, Yondaime Hokage Minato break free of the Shinigami's stomach and now became Naruto's personal ghostly guardian. Because Ashura sacrificed himself for Naruto, Naruto gained the ability to use Mokuton.
Reincarnation can be very confusing. When Itachi slaughtered the Uchiha and used the Tsukuyomi on Sasuke, instead of breaking his brother's innocence with hatred Indra came to the surface instead. Saner than he had ever been since being manipulated by Zetsu, he sought out the only other person who refused to let him go even through death and rebirth. This cycle he refused to be a pawn in Kaguya's game and cling hard on Naruto's hand, afraid to be dragged back into the darkness of hatred and power.
Hamura is afraid for Toneri's sanity so instead sent him off to where he can feel Hagoromo's chakra still pulse strong on Earth.
